The Bistro Quarter's Bistro and Bar is located on the fringes of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke on Trent in Staffordshire.
It strikes the perfect balance between exceptional dining and affordability. The interior-designed golden surroundings are modern, yet elegant, with an emphasis on a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The menu offerings and cocktail bar are designed to satisfy most tastes and combine classic British menus with a bistro-style serving.
The Executive Chef, Malk Walker, is proud of his two rosettes and takes pride in everything he does. The Bistro is open from 8am for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Choose from a quality kedgeree for breakfast, home-made burgers and chips for lunch or Oysters and Champagne for dinner - the restaurant offers a delicious little something for everyone.

The Bistro Quarters also offers a private dining room for 12 people for private parties, family functions, training sessions or meeting rooms.

Nice interior, staff well dressed in matching uniform, very pleasant and polite. The food was excellent new venue. Good selection of wines. Very nice cocktails. After watching the building develop of the years it was great to be able to enjoy going inside and dine. Well done!

A visit to Beauty and the Bistro can not fail to be a memorable occasion. The design and decor will take your breath away. To my knowledge, there is no similar, intimate, high end establishment within the Stoke on Trent area ! The food, prepared by Mark, a recognised top standard Chef is exceptional, served by friendly, efficient, staff. For a special occasion, this is the venue. But you can also “pop in” for breakfast, lunch, or just a chat over a coffee. A special Sunday lunch menu is available, as is a children’s menu. One of the “nicest” aspects is you are very welcome to call in to catch up news on your computer, or meet with friends or colleagues. Finally, the bar is fully stocked, there is an enviable selection on the wine list, together with an exciting choice of cocktails, all readily available.
