   Service was great! The atmosphere gave me a communal “share” vibe. The food however wasn’t as good as I expected. The best items we had were hands down the Caesar salad and the chicken. The portions were fair size however the taste was either overly powerful with salt or tart tastes. The cannelloni was very sweet, and the carbonara noodles were undercooked and almost hard. The aperol spritz’s Jell-O shots came out in cute orange peels and were better than the actual spritz i ordered which was heavy on the Prosecco. I don’t think we’d come back unless it was an event.

   “bella” offers a cozy ambience, perfect for a relaxed night out - though this may be compromised if you are seated next to the window (like us) where it was exceptionally frigid. Where the ambience shines, the food is lack-lustre. The sun-dried tomato gnocchi were indeed delicious and as soft as clouds, however, the cacio e pepe meatballs were unfortunately tiny and overcooked. The half chicken was juicy and flavourful, but not necessarily worth the steep price attached to it. To add to this, we anticipated most of the dishes to arrive at approximately the same time as we were told this would be a family-style dining experience. To our dismay, each dish arrived a considerable time apart rendering the first dish cold. For the amount that you pay per dish, we expected a more seamless dining experience. While “bella” has potential with its atmosphere and a few good dishes, the food and service details need attention to match the charm of the space.

   Delicious food and always great service! The set Valentine’s Day menu was super tasty, but I do wish they gave slightly bigger portions of a couple of the dishes. Could’ve done with just a touch more pasta and arancini—overall didn’t leave hungry, but did still have room for a bit more. Chicken parm, strozzapreti, and grilled zucchini were fab!

   Lots of care into the dishes we ordered - particularly the delicious gnocchi and the cacio e pepe meatballs. Didn’t love the heavy dill presence in the Caesar salad. We had a very nice time, very good value. Thank you.

    I really enjoyed everything and the pasta is just some the best I've had. My only criticism would be that a few of the sauces had the same note to them, I think it was thyme and a but strong. Other than that, amazing! It's a great place to go. This was my third time!
