Took over 25 mins to get our drink order. Once ordered server dropped 5 of the glasses on the floor and all over my mother in law. Once food was ordered it took another 45 mins to come to table. Seemed like most staff was outsourced and didn’t know what was going one. Poor girl at hostess stand seemed very overwhelmed. I asked her if we had a server after 20 mins of sitting without one and her response was “hold on, we’re working on it”. Very disappointed on an Xmas eve when we’ve been eating here since Fuquay location.

Perhaps it was an off day here but I won’t be back to find out. Hostess was pleasant and seated us and after that we were fairly ignored and sat waiting for initial service for about 15 min. There were maybe 3 other tables and plenty of servers. After that it pretty much didn’t get any better. We asked for a manager, this was our first ever experience here, and we were told “they’ll try to get to our table but they’re busy in the kitchen”. So that explains a lot regarding their service. We truly wanted to like this place but the food was just above ok and the overall experience was poor.

We haven’t been to Bellini’s for a while since it moved to Holly Springs, as we live near its former location in Cary. But enjoyed lunch with friends and all had wonderful meals. Our server Nancy, took great care of us. The food was fresh, hot and delicious.

We were a group of 10 people our neighborhood dinner club. The food was excellent, all our meals were hot & served at exactly the same time. Our waiter was very attentive. It’s a favorite restaurant of ours & now a favorite of our neighbors as well!

Best Baked Clams I have eaten in a long time. Whole clams, perfectly seasoned. Everyone in our party enjoyed a different chicken entrees. Excellent presentation over penne pasta. Flavorful but not heavy sauces. Excellent dessert also.

Ever since this restaurant moved from Fuquay to Cary and now to Holly Springs, we have time and again given Bellini benefit of the doubt by continuing to dine in despite lackluster food each time. On one visut, when I asked the chef why it wasn’t Arborio that they used in the Risotto but Jasmine, I was informed it was because they ran out of the former. Diners need to be preinformed in such scenarios if the restaurant’s protocol is to not be outright by saying an item is unavailable altogether. On our last visit, Marsala Chicken was shallow and uneventful in flavor, form and presentation. Gravy was too watery for Marsala, Chicken not pre-browned. Overall portion severely sad. On a Friday night at 7:45pm, only 4 tables were occupied. Why bother to reserve in the first place. Never coming back. If you just want only stuff in your stomach, if you’re out of ingredients to cook and if you have no kilojoules of energy left to put a meal together and if you don’t mind non-authentic Italian, you can try to make do with this place. Being a serious cook and foodie ourselves, we can put a meal much better, or dine at a competitor’s.

The service was extrenely poor and for the quality it was very expensive and not worth the cost. Felt very rushed out of the restaurant at the end of the evening even though it states it closes at 10:00 p.m.

We used to go to Bellini’s when it was in Cary. This was our first time to go since it moved to Holly Springs. What a disappointment. It is no longer a somewhat upscale restaurant. When we made the reservation, we were asked if it was a special occasion. We said it was our anniversary. And even though we arrived dressed up (far more than anyone else there), we were not asked if it was a special occasion. If you want nice Italian food at a reasonable price, there are better options.

This visit to Bellini did not disappoint. I ordered the minestrone and got a light, fresh-tasting soup with spinach and peas in a delicious broth; very unlike the heavy, tomato-laden most restaurants serve. I also had the eggplant rolatini and it too was light and not oily. The eggplant was perfectly cooked to sweetness, filled with cheese and covered with a flavorful tomato sauce. I arranged this meal for a small group and everyone raved about their meal and thanked me for choosing Bellini.
