   I booked a reservation for 615pm and got there and was told we had to wait another 45 minutes for my reservation because they’re behind on reservations. I’ve never been to a restaurant where i made a reservation and had to wait so much longer to be seated. That is supposed to happen with walk in’s. My party and I had to sit at the bar. Upon seating there the bar table was sticky. We had to ask for the area to be wiped down, when we finally got our orders taken we had to ask for our appetizing dishes to be removed so that we could have room for our entrees, we had to ask for more water, and had to keep getting our waiter, Tk’s attention for anything else.

   The wait was two hours by the entrance and another 30 minutes waiting for the chef. The food was delicious!!

   Great food and super memorable experience! Service was a little behind due to Valentines backup, but still had a great time!

   They were very backed up, had a reservation at 7:15, got seated 8:05 pm. Dinner was yummy excited the filet was overcooked and tasted cheap. Service was very kind and helpful. It was Valentine’s Day so they were having trouble turning over tables. Probably over 50 people waiting for a table.

   Waited 2 hours to be seated for a pre reserved dinner. Food came out 1 hour after we were seated. Took 30 minutes to get a single beer.

   Well it wa definitely an experience we knew there was going to be a wait because valentine day. But man the server was terrible, only seen him 4 times total. Didn’t put in our appetizers didn’t get refills, he was no where to be found.

   It was probably our own fault, but we went on Valentines Day - Table booked at 5.30 - did not get a table for an hour and then another 30 mins before Chef came! When he did, it was fun, and the food was good. The delay though kind of spoiled it.

    I recently visited this restaurant, and it was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've had, especially given the price. The restaurant was filthy, and the service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely disengaged and not prepared for a restaurant of this caliber. This place used to be a family favorite, where the experience felt special. Sadly, it's clear that things have changed for the worse. The servers barely seemed interested, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. The only redeeming aspect was the chef, who actually did a decent job, but the rest of the two-and-a-half-hour ordeal was a disappointment. I wish I'd read the reviews before going, as they perfectly matched my experience. It's sad to see so many negative reviews without any noticeable improvements. The standard response from management is always the same: "Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will certainly take it into account as we continuously work to improve our offering," save the response for someone else clearly, nothing is changing. It seems like management doesn't care about customer service or addressing the issues people have pointed out for months. Benihana needs to reassess its approach and return to the quality it once had. This place should be shut down or replace management
