   I went when it just first open and the ventilation was horrible, now I was happy to say it got fixed, food was great, great service, waiter was very accommodating, food was fresh and tasty, definitly a neighborhood gem, will be back

   The food was delicious. Service was good. Only complaint is it is noisy but that is part of the experience.

   The experience was great as always. We were impressed with the John the GM who welcomed us, helped the wait staff and was fully engage to ensure we and other clients were happy. Jasmin was wonderful as always and Hector the manager was cooking & training the new hires. It's great to see the entire team working closely together to deliver an outstanding customer experience.    Seated at 7 pm and chef didn’t even start cooking food til after 8. Food was over seasoned and just mediocre.

   Lovely chefs, waiters, and hostesses. That is where it ends We had to wait over 15 minutes for a reservation that we were on time for, while there were several empty tables throughout. The air quality in the restaurant was very poor. Our clothes all had to go to the cleaners. The service was extremely slow and un-attentive, We had to request a refill of our non-alcohol drink several times before asking the waiter nicely whether something was wrong. They sat our party of 4 at a table set up for 9 people, Two of us had to share the same spot. Not a good value or experience for a restaurant that we used to love. Sorry, will not be returning.

   I took all my grandchildren and family there were 10 of us the service was great food great love this place

   We frequently visit Benihana but this was our first time at this location. It wasn’t crowded, we were seated at our table soon after arrival and the waitress was ready to take orders when we were seated. They have a new wagyu beef selection that my husband enjoyed very much. Waitress kept the refills coming. The eggs could’ve been chipped smaller in the fried rice but other than that the chef personalized our food to match our dietary restrictions and preferences and even did tricks with the food that we’d never seen before. Overall great experience, would recommend this location!

    Great experience as always. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent customer service. There is only one thing: on occasion, the person at the host booth forgets to check in my OpenTable reservation through the system, so I get an alert and a negative email from OpenTable because they think I'm a no-show. Please just remind/train the newly hired folks on the importance of checking in via the system for any OpenTable reservations. Thank you again Moe
