    For us, Bettys is a 'special treat' destination and we have tried to get a table before when visiting Harrogate but without success. It certainly lived up to our expectations. The atmosphere was amazing. The background piano music being played live in the room was just right and the service from all the staff we met was polite, friendly and attentive. The food served was beautifully presented and very tasty. All in all, it absolutely lived up to our expectations and we would certainly return again in the future.

    Beautiful setting, food was great and the service was excellent. The piano playing sofly in the background was magical without being intrusive. Can't fault the food at all, lovely sandwiches and sweet treats. Would highly recommend.

    This was a treat for my 80th birthday! The weather outside was atrocious, but inside everything was perfect. Could not fault anything!

    This felt like a really special experience, high quality food and drink with exemplary, friendly, attentive service. The staff were excellent, could not fault their manner. It was like stepping back in time! Wonderful. Addition of a pianist was lovely although where we were sat it was difficult to hear it.

    Our first server did not come across at all friendly, but for some reason she was replaced by another who was much friendlier but kept going AWOL. You should always book to avoid the line.

    Arranged for my wifes birthday. We had such a wonderful time. The quality of the service was just absolutely spot on. Everything is polished :) and a lovely touch to bring a little birthday cake with the piano player playing Happy Birthday. The food was so delicious and worth every penny.
