   I chose Bill’s Restaurant in Greenwich to celebrate my bday with my family. We were sat on the upstairs floor and it was a calm nice environment, perfect to have a lovely family brunch/dinner. The service was quick and attentive with special consideration for the children which was really nice. The menu offers a lot of variety (breakfast, brunch, small platters, big platters, desserts, kids menu and different drinks) and the food looked and tasted amazing! The whole staff was very friendly and kind willing to help us with whatever we needed but the hostess/manager (not sure, just assuming) was quite rude from the start, complaining that we never specified that we would have buggies with us (when that’s not an option when making the online booking) and complaining that two people were late (when this was informed upon arrival and we never asked to wait for them), plus saying to their face “they’re really late” and trying to rush us because they wanted to close the upstairs floor (when there was other groups of people there still). This was the only negative point and made us feel a bit uncomfortable but the food and the rest of the service was really worth it and we still managed to have a great time!

   Had the Christmas special - couldn't have been worse! Dry meat, shrivelled veg, hardly any gravy, it was barely edible. The prawn cocktail had 2 prawns and the beetroot starter had no flavour. We come as a famy to Bills on average 4/5 times a year but we're looking to find an alternative.

   We loved our dinner last night at Bill’s! The chicken shawarma and the big chicken burger we ordered was so fresh and so tender. The ambience was cosy and staff were lovely. Definitely visiting again soon :)

   Really good. Bills in the Westend can be a bit average. We've been to the Greenwich one twice and it's really good.

   Perfect for a pre Panto brunch, staff were helpful and welcoming, service was excellent and the food tasted great.......thank you!

   Ordered Christmas dinner ..Food was cold , Steak was chewy and cold , dessert was hard as well. The drinks were good .

   Long chaotic queue. Not clear whether anyone was un charge. Had reservation and eventually got seated. Table not ready, no glasses. All the servers seemed petrified to talk to anyone. Asked for sauces which were thrown on the table. Asked for a tap water, bottle placed on table with no glasses. Asked for glasses and met with a big sigh. Mentioned the service when getting the bill and met with "we are busy" as yhough that should be an excuse. The service charge remains the same no matter how busy they are!

    Great meal after the theatre. Always good value and Calamari was particularly delicious
