Great food, nice staff, would have given 5 stars but had to wait around 30mins for desserts including cream tea, but manager didn’t charge us for the cream tea. Overall nice place and would go again.

We had a late evening meal following the theatre and for New Years Eve. The food, service and atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. The decor is fabulous and we had a great time. The restaurant is well managed with really friendly and attentive staff. We will be back 💕

The food was delicious. I was very impressed with the gluten free menu. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Such a lovely lunch time date with the husband 🥰

We could not fault a thing until it came to the desserts. Only two of the four desserts ordered came out. After waiting some time for the missing desserts we asked a server if she could find out where they were. Off she went, to not return to us. We asked another server the same question and she had to ask us not once, not twice but three times which desserts were missing (cheesecake pots, not difficult?!). We then waited and waited yet again. We had to ask for the bill as we had an event to go to. The desserts arrived as we were checking our bill. The two desserts that were given were kindly taken off the bill. We then asked for the service charge to be removed. We sent the desserts back as they were far too late arriving.

The food and service was very good, but the general decor and lighting was very basic and didn’t make you feel you were anywhere special, bit like a cheap diner.I would return but there are other venues nearby that offer a better overall experience.

Great service from start to finish in a lovely modern setting. The staff were really helpful and didn’t rush us at all. Food generally good, but my partners ‘hot dish’ was not quite hot enough (in terms of temperature of the food) but not sufficient to complain. Also whilst the King Prawn Cocktail was very nice, personally I would have preferred it in a larger serving dish as it was a very generous portion but difficult to eat from the bowl. Due to the great quality of the food this was not worthy of a complaint. Desserts were excellent. Will definitely visit again.
