   I'll preface this with it was New Years Eve. The good: we were seated right away, lively and fun atmosphere, staff was very nice. The bad: our server took a long time to come by to take our drink order & she took a long time to come back for our dinner order and then she apparently forgot to enter my dinner order even though she had repeated our 3 item order back to us. By the time we were able to ask her about it, the kitchen was closing down and all they could offer was a free desert. Someone who I guess was the manager also said they'd comp one of the two dishes we did receive but when I looked at the bill, the dish was comped but they were still charging me for the meal I never received. So it was a poor dining experience as far as service went. The food was okay, definitely nothing to get excited about.

   This was our first visit to Bills and it will certainly become a yearly New Year’s eve ritual from now on. The team is proactive and professional. The food was delicious, the Santorini salad is a must have. The overall experience was a 10/10. Thank you!

   Nice Staff, centrally located, ok food (cold strange taste), place needs a good cleaning/scrub (saw the staff cleaning tables and throwing scaps of food to the floor).

   Have been going to Bill’s for years and the set menu is always excellent value. Obviously, at Christmas time “value” is debatable when prices increase. The “King Prawn Cocktail” had only TWO prawns in it, so I thought that was incredibly misleading and rather disingenuous. They addressed it by serving another side dish free of charge, however, I do think it’s quite cheeky of Bill’s to think that customers would accept such an obvious misrepresentation. Altogether, though, the service and food were good.

   The Maitre’d did an excellent job under huge pressure from impatient diners. There was a queue and the restaurant was busy but she kept her cool and was very professional and cheery. Food was good but table staff seemed grumpy.

    Good was good quality, service staff were nice although a little persistent which gave the feeling of being rushed at times. The restaurant itself felt a bit cramped pushing too many people into the space. It was so cramped the table next to us had to physically pull out the whole table to be able to get in and out of the chairs.
