   Love the location and the extensive menu, but the service was not good. They forgot the coffee we ordered and we had to remind them not once, but several times. In addition, one person ordered a bar drink that never came. Also each person at our table good the food served at different times so it was off to have people with empty plates. They really need to improve their service.

   club sandwich used cold processed turkey instead of fresh roasted; they advertise bottled cokes but delivered fountain ones. Coffee was good. Ambience is an upscale sports bar, but nice. Will try again.

   Music should be background, not blaring, causing guests to talk louder, causing a negative to the dining experience. Service and food are good and a good value!

   We live in the neighborhood a few blocks away from the restaurant, and we have already eaten there 4 times since it opened just a few months ago ago. When we first visited, it was excellent. However, the quality of the food and level of service has declined each time we visited. For example, the meat in the hamburgers was brisket meat which was delicious, and now it is just normal, regular hamburger meat. My husband said the " jus" dipping sauce for his sandwich the first time he had it was great and when he had the same "sandwich with "jus" last night, it was terrible...industrial tar- looking sauce. We were really excited about this restaurant named after Rob Lowe's character in St. Elmo's fire. * My biggest pet peeve was being charged for iced tea refills when my husband's coffee was refilled several times without charge. Makes no sense. Tea bags are so much cheaper than coffee beans. Overall, we were sad and bummed to see this neighborhood restaurant decline so fast. How is that even possible?

   Good food and great cocktail! However the side of brussel sprouts with bacon was a bit over burnt for my liking. Overall, a great place and the service was very good!

   It was good but nothing to rave about. Would try again but expect it to take awhile cause the service was a little slow

   This is a wonderful new place (opened in the fall of 2024) in Georgetown: great food, reasonable (esp. for GTown) prices, and very nice service. The wait staff has been totally on the ball and the bar staff has been fabulous (they do the best wine pour in town!).

   Tried to order the Frose and was told they were working on a new batch and it would only take a few minutes - this continued multiple times throughout the meal. Ended up never getting it. Otherwise great service!

    One flaw - we were seated in a very chilly remote corner in the restaurant, facing a window of the side street. I asked to be seated in the main area of the restaurant, noting several vacant tables, but was told nothing was available. Had a reservation (at 5:45pm) and arrived early. I was very disappointed in the hostess with a blank face and void of any concern, who simply said no!!!! WOW. Happy to say the food was delicious.
