Had dinner in the restaurant at 6:30PM and the bar had loud karaoke which was hard to talk over. The service was prompt. Our table did not like the Brie entree as it was smothered in syrup and you could not taste the cheese. However, the seafood chowder was delicious complete with large chunks of seafood.

A great place for a very nice dinner. The food and friendly (and helpful) service was great for our last minute booking for dinner.

Delicious food and outstanding service, we went on a Tuesday night so not too many other diners which made for a nice evening, will definitely be going back

Wonderfully themed place to eat. The food was delicious and served fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The setting felt comfortable and had a cosy feel to it. The prices for the dishes were a bit on the steep side. I would say it was a pleasant experience.

Birdsong provided the perfect setting for my wife’s 55th birthday celebrations. A nice quiet dinner, with impeccable service and a beautiful atmosphere. Our party of three had three different mains and three different desserts - all were of excellent quality. We would definitely return to Birdsong when in Hobart. Highly recommended.
