Fixed menu price $95\person but they ran out of all food except a few choices left to choose. We had to wait forever to check in, getting the orders and forever for the food to come out, plus the food was cold by the time it got to the table. Worst Valentine's dinner experience ever!

Poor experience overall. Stagg complaining about being busy, very loudly multiple times. No water given after asked 4 times, food was warm at best, rice was crunchy, dessert was just awful...not edible more than just tasting. Very disappointing

Service was beyond poor. No drinks, food served easily 10 minutes before they brought silverware, out of items ordered, quality tasted like cafeteria food. Do NOT go...$300 dollar dinner for two on a special occasion and we'd have done better at Applebee's. All the tables had the same experience...the customers were all mad.

Seemed very disorganized. Many diners around us were being brought food that wasn’t theirs or was too early. Our drinks sat empty and plates weren’t cleared. My husband’s prime rib was way over cooked and significantly smaller than other diners. The food was mediocre at best. Very disappointed for the price we paid for the meal. We won’t be back.

Food was ok. Not sure everything I had was prepared fresh. Was my crusted chicken frozen? Maybe. Also pepper jelly in my old fashioned was an idea I thought I might like. But no. Not good.

We have never been here, but what a GREAT EXPERIENCE and FOOD. Atmosphere was warm and cozy. The staff was wonderful, prices were reasonable, portions were spot on, the food was simply DELICIOUS. Also, the owner came out (who was warm, friendly, and sincere), spoke to the patrons to make sure everything was to their liking. A MUST STOP!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. The decor and ambiance was very nice. The service was good. But we were extremely disappointed with the food. We thought since it was a pre-fixe menu, that it would be hard to mess up. We arrived at 8:30, and we had reservations, so you would think they would be better prepared for late diners. I had the seafood bisque, which I could not eat. It was like pudding. My husband had prime rib, which he asked to be medium rare. It was well done. If they couldn't serve medium rare, it would have been nice to be offered an alternative. I had the shrimp and lobster pasta. There was only a small piece of lobster thrown in so they could call it shrimp "and lobster". The shrimp was grilled separately and thrown in with the pasta and sauce. While the shrimp was tasty, the seasonings just didn't go with the sauce. And finally, dessert: my husband had bread pudding, which was okay. But again, my dessert of a flourless chocolate torte with raspberry coulis, was inedible. First, there was no raspberry coulis. The chocolate was like fudge, topped with what was supposed to be chocolate mousse and a dollop of whipped cream. The mousse was heavy and also pudding like. It was incredibly sweet, and I could not eat it. We really didn't want to complain, because they were very busy, and we weren't sure anything else would have been better. We watched a server argue with someone about a table, and she was too busy to take them. This really didn't bother us, but I'm sure management wouldn't appreciate it. We may visit again, but it will most likely be for brunch. Definitely not a special dinner.
