   While food was not bad, there was nothing special about the food. The service was kind of slow and drawn out, even with several staff members. They were accommodating with our early arrival and birthday request. However, nothing special set them apart from other similar restaurants. Overall it was a okay experience. Staff was kind and knowledgeable.

   The happy hour has excellent food and drink values. There are dozens of bargains. Our food was all unique and excellent. The rolls were excellent and the cod fish was amazing.

   Our server has waited on us before and was just fabulous. I think his name is Chiante (SP?) His brother works there also, if that helps. He was very attentive to our needs and the pace of our meal was perfect. We loved the scallop appetizer and the Argentinian steak, especially the mushrooms!

   All of the apps and sushi we had were very delicious! Prices were on the up side but bc it was so good, it was worth it.

   We samples sashimi. ramen, miso soup, House Salad, and tempura. The flavor profiles on all items were excellent. We like the modern feel of the restaurant and the efficient waitstaff.

   Disappointed with the large sushi boat. Didn’t even include the wagyu. The cocktail barely had any alcohol. Sushi specialty rolls were great.

   Nothing bad or good about our experience. Everything was as basic as possible. The best part of our meal was the mochi dessert assortment.

    Had edamame, cucumber salad, tuna tataki, 8 pc nigiri, 2 specialty rolls, crispy rice, 3 drinks, and a pot of tea. All delicious! Great location, menu, food, and presentation; but over-priced. Reflects Biltmore Fashion Mall location costs and affluent expectations. $250 for 3. Service politely detached. Ladies restroom faucet pressure too high, expect to get soaked. Parking: free, but crowded. Valet available. Will return.
