   We made a “reservation” only to find out it was just a glorified waitlist and still ended up waiting an hour for a table. We had a flat watered down Moscow mule at the bar while we waited. We ordered the deep dish nachos once we finally got a table- they were pretty bland and disappointing. BJ’s, go take notes on the nachos at Yard House. Our deep dish pizza saved the entire meal- every bite was the deliciousness I expected. We topped things off with a pizookie; I didn’t get the flavor I ordered, but my expectations were pretty low at this point so I let it be. Our server Logan was great, he seemed to be the most friendly server in the building.

   We waited about 15 minutes for our host to take our drink order. Our table had no silverware. Our food was cold. Overall, the service was not the best.

   We had a 6:00 reservation and at 6:30 we were still not seated. When multiple parties of our same size were seated before us I asked why we hadn’t been seated when my reservation was 30 minutes ago, I was told they only had 1 table for use and the party sitting there was socializing and not leaving. In that huge restaurant there was only 1 table that could sit 6???? They then blamed open table for booking too many reservations. We were not seated until 6:45. Then they had no lids for kids cup so my 3 year old had to drink from an open cup which she spilled of course, they had no silverware wrapped and had to wait for a fork for salads that were delivered, they didn’t have an updated drink menu and the wine I tried to order was no longer carried and had to ask for ketchup 3 times. There are a lot of restaurants in this town and I think I will be waiting before coming back, especially since an assistant manager (I think) was rude and not helpful at all when I inquired about the the wait making it sound like my fault for using open table to make my reservation.

   It took too long to be seated. Reservations at 430pm but we waited for 1/2 hour. I had made reservations early at 4:30pm but they weren’t ready for us plus they were to try and cram us into a small space until I said something. 11 people with 2 high chairs sticking out into the isles was unacceptable. All of our food was not served at the same time. Waiting for pasta….. for a child is unexceptionable, pasta for kids should have come out first. No salad dressing on either of the salads. Burger came out without the special sauce. No catchup with the French fries… Our waiter was Great!!! And got us what we needed. He kept everything flowing but the kitchen was slow.

   Low quality food and poor service. I ordered the ribeye steak, medium rare. It arrived over-cooked on the outside, but nearly raw on the inside. It was over seasoned and grissley. Our server was mostly non-present, despite walking by our table multiple times. Our orders arrived at the table at largely different times, one showing up nearly 20 minutes before the next. Secondary drink orders were forgotten until I asked a different server about them. I won't be going back.

   It was a very pleasant and memorable experience. We were celebrating my birthday and our server Joseph was incredible. He had great customer service skills and made sure we had a great night the food was spectacular it came out fast and delicious.

    Food was all cold , took 40 minutes to even take our order, plates were warm all the food was cold
