   We made a reservation days before for 10 people for a business outing at 6:30. We arrived at 6:25, checked in and they informed us it would be 10-15 minutes. We continued to check in every 10-20 minutes for them to tell us they were waiting on another table to leave and there was nothing they could do. They asked us at one point if we’d like to separate into two groups. No, that’s why we made the reservation. At 7:20, the hostess informed us she had a “plan” She was going to push two 6 tops together to accommodate our group of 10. This seemed hardly revolutionary for those of us who have worked in the industry for years. She was ready at 7:40 to seat us. She informed us, then wiped her nose using the entire length of her forearm as her kerchief and grabbed all our silverware and menus with the same hand. 🤢 When we sat, our waitress was very nice but obviously flustered. Our drinks took forever. Our food came out after another 40 minutes of ordering and was delivered “holler style” from the end of the table by a runner who very clearly didn’t want to be running out food- “who had the xxx?” For all ten dishes- which just makes a $500 experience super obnoxious. Again, most of us have been servers. We have grace, this was ridiculous. The food, was wildly overrated and overpriced. The steak was chewy- we couldn’t finish it. The ribs were dry and stuck to the bone. They were out of baked potatoes (on a Saturday) and they were out of the prime rib. We won’t return.

   Love the place but had people sitting near us that stunk awful from weed. Didn't make for a pleasant experience. Don't blame JBs for it. Food is always tops.

   We were seated close to our appointed reservation time. It was very crowded and very noisy, but the food was good not anything outstanding.

    Long wait time for table even with reservation. Food overall was good but took along time to get and they were out of many items…..Been there 3 times now, same experience each time.
