   Awesome night and awesome food. The music hit hard with all the '80's classics. Anywhere that provides Phil Collins and meat is a winner for me and this place provided both.

   Customer service always amazing every time I come here. The food is always great too. We said it was our anniversary and they surprised us with a free dessert for our anniversary in the end, very thoughtful of them! We were so pleasantly surprised

   Our waiter Marcel was fantastic. He heard that we didn't like one of the dishes, and offered to take it off the bill! We didn't ask as we wanted to experiment with no strings attached; what a lovely gesture from him. The rest of the food was impeccable as always, and the atmosphere is romantic and cheerful. For reference, our favourite steak on the menu happens to be the cheapest one! - Denver steak - Beef dripping chips - Chop sauce - Chilli hollandaise (for dipping the chips) - White chocolate and wild berry cheesecake - Sweet potato (not so good) Would absolutely recommend coming here, as the price is fair and the service is awesome! 😎

   Portions should be bigger (chips AND steaks). Enjoyed wine by the 700ml carafe. Seems to me dessert was an afterthought? Overall the service was spot on & happy to leave a tip.

   Food is delicious as always. Just service didn't quite match at this Blacklock. I was there for a business lunch, waiting for a guest I'd not met before. 15mins after waiting, turned out he'd been put on a different table. Both of us had been told we were the first to arrive and they still hadn't clocked that we were meeting each other, despite me saying I was waiting for a guest. Also food was a bit slow. Waited half an hour which again is not ideal for a business lunch, so felt rushed which was not ideal. Hopefully they'll sort these hiccups out as I love the food.
