   El ambiente 10/10, comida 9/10, atención 7/10. Deben mejorar la atención, no es con todo el personal pero hay ciertas unidades que si se quieren dedicar a atención al cliente deben mejorar. Un buen lugar para una ocasión especial. Recomendación: 8.6/10

   Food was good but the service was lacking. Asked to come in at 8pm because they close at 9 when our reservation was for 8:30. Got there at 8 only to see people being seated at 8:30pm. Was immediately seated when we got there but took 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and that’s because I called someone over. This place was highly recommended but sadly was underwhelming for us.

   Great restaurant, great food, great presentation, great service! The temperature was a little cold inside, so I would suggest bringing a light sweater or sports jacket

   We made reservations for NYE and were completely ignored, we were told we would have to dine outside. After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come to us, no one did so we eventually ended up leaving. We also arrived exactly on time. Poor

   We had a reservation for 8:45 after waiting for 15 minutes they basically told us sorry we are fully booked! I have never experienced a such a bad service in my life! Don’t waste your time, and make a reservation!

   They didn’t bring my drink until I said I didn’t want it anymore because they took too long. My husband got it drink and I waited 20 mins for mine which I didn’t get until I said forget it. They also didn’t bring the drink until we got up and didn’t want to come when we signaled to them.
