BLEND ist das, was es beschreibt: Ein Mix aus Aromen, Düften und den kulinarischen Stilrichtungen der facettenreichen Stadt Berlin. Die Menükarte erscheint dezent, aber das Essen spricht für sich! Jedes Gericht ist eine Überraschung und ein innovativer Mix aus Berliner Aromen. Lokale und saisonale Produkte sind ein Grundsatz jeder Gerichtkomposition, einen Großteil der Frischprodukte werden von Kleinhändlern aus der Nähe bezogen. Ein Essen im BLEND folgt keiner Menüabfolge, es kann so viele Gänge haben, wie man hungrig ist. Desto mehr kleinere Gerichte man verkostet, umso mehr verschiedene und neue Geschmacksrichtungen kann man erleben.

I needed a comfortable space for dinner for a good conversation. This was perfect. The waiters were attentive, the food was great, the price was ok.

Essen war hervorragend, Preis-Leistung ist super, der Service war für die Preisklasse nicht angemessen weshalb ich es nicht empfehlen kann. Essen super aber Service macht vieles kaputt. Das warten zwischen den Gängen ist auch ungewöhnlich lange

Wir haben das Restaurant wieder verlassen. Zum einen hat der Service erheblich nachgelassen (die Erfahrung mache ich nicht zum ersten Mal) und zum anderen gibt es nur ein sehr eingeschränktes Angebot.

The food was good and while the service was of good quality the kitchen did forget our order and had to be chased by the table staff. Though I might as the table stuff did notice this issue without prompting. Other than that I found the evening most enjoyable and would certainly consider blend agin the next time I’m in Berlin.

Sehr schönen Abend gehabt mit einem ganz besonders angenehmen Service. Sehr freundlicher lockerer aber aufmerksamer Umgang mit den Gästen. Auch das Konzept von Blend wurde uns erklärt. Das Essen war großartig. Portionen angemessen. Sogar auf das Timing der Gänge wurde besonders geachtet. Wirklich rundum eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir kommen wieder.

It was a bit disappointed that we arrive for dinner and we were not informed that was a buffet and 105 eur per person. When I did the reservation it was not mentioned and nobody called me to inform me about this situation. We had not so many choices like take it or just eat the food for the bar. Ending my 24th eating a hamburger.
