Service was terrible. Waited a long time at table before server came by. Server never came back to check on us once we received our food. Had to ask for water, had to ask for drinks to be refilled. If they expect tips, now asking for 25 and 30% instead of standard 20% then they need to provide the service to earn it. Very disappointed, won’t go back. I liked my food, husband did not like his.

The food is so good- why they insist on live DJ’s every weekend is beyond me. It ruins the whole atmosphere. You have to scream at the waiters and you can forget about conversation during dinner.

Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing overall. While the vibe and playful atmosphere initially seemed promising, the execution left much to be desired. Unfortunately, our server provided poor service, and the noise level was unbearable. Adding a DJ to an already noisy space with poor acoustics made it intolerable, detracting from what could have been an enjoyable atmosphere. The inconsistencies with the drinks were also frustrating. I ordered a margarita flight and loved the first margarita, so I ordered a full one, but when it arrived, it wasn’t the same drink. I had to ask for it to be redone, which was disappointing. The food was a mixed bag. Some dishes were fantastic, like the T-bone steak, which was cooked to perfection, and the steak we ordered was divine. The salad was fresh and delicious. However, there were glaring issues with consistency: the mom’s chicken arrived cold, and while the mashed potatoes tasted great, they were also served cold. Overall, while the fun and lively atmosphere initially drew us in, the loud music, smoky environment, and inconsistent food and service made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. There were definite highlights, like the excellent steak, but these were overshadowed by the other issues.

Overpriced, slow service. It seemed to want to be a high end restaurant but, lack the taste nor service to be one.

Blind Rabbit Kitchen was amazing. The service was great. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The food was incredible. We has the Sea bass & Whisker ribs. Our reservation was for Saturday night, it was very busy. The restaurant does get packed. a little tight, but was fine. The do validate for parking and have coat checks/hooks. There was a DJ, he did play some good music. but it was very loud and I could tell some people sitting next to us, were very annoyed you could not hear well. The music being so loud did make it hard to hear out waiter. Love the atmosphere. The menu is great. The bread basket & bone marrow tacos for appetizers were delicious. We already plan to go again to try other items on the menu. Good drink and beer selection. One note, since it was so busy the front door was opening a lot which let in the cold air. It was pretty cold to where you could not take off your jacket. Some kept their coats on.

The food was very good, but the service was slow. The server explained she was training someone, which is fine, but we’d explained our time constraint, which she acknowledged. Soo… The DJ was a very horrible idea - way too LOUD. Couldn’t hear across the table.
