    Really lovely , romantic seaside setting. Very relaxing atmosphere. Our server, Rhael, was extremely attentive and sweet without being overbearing. She made every effort to accommodate our needs. The food was well-prepared and beautifully presented.

    My wife and I have been fortunate enough to eat at several Michelin star restaurants. Blue 11 was on par with all of them, genuinely. The service was warm and welcoming. The food was incredible and vibrant. The courses were well thought out and varied. We never felt rushed and the pacing was perfect for a 9 course meal. Jerry (our server) and his team deserve all the praise; they were amazing. The open layout allowed us to observe the kitchen staff who were working hard to give us a truly exceptional meal. The entire staff also sang happy birthday. Whether you are from New York, L.A. Berlin, Paris or anywhere in between; go to Blue 11.

    A must do experience. Food was incredible and great service. Our family did the 9-course selection and each dish was delicious. Would definitely come back again.

    We live on St. Thomas and have dined at Blue 11 many times. We were extremely disappointed this time with both the food and the service. I hope it was just an off night for them. A plate of harsh arugula should not be served for the first course of a tasting menu. Diners should also not be rushed through a tasting menu experience. We should be able to savor each course and relax. The cassava foam was also served cold, which happens to be my favorite course. The vibe also wasn't the same. The servers seemed down when they are usually excited and having fun. It saddens me because this was my favorite restaurant on St. Thomas. I thought it was Michelin Star-worthy.

    My daughter and I each had the 7 course tasting and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. So unique and well done! Sit at the chef’s table and enjoy watching the food prep - awesome!

    All of our dishes were delicious, fresh, creative and presented beautifully. The wine list should be improved/ upgraded to match the quality of the food. Staff were friendly and explained each dish and the restaurant gracefully accommodated our dietary requirements.

    Very disappointed. Went with high expectations after reading all the reviews. Service was very bad. After I ordered one cocktail, I asked the waiter to take the menu back since I might want to order another drink. After half hour, he brought me the same drink instead. I told him I want a different drink from the menu. He walked away. One hour later, he came back telling me they don’t have the drink I wanted. Do you believe that? The other thing we noticed at the end of the meal was that they charged us $8 for a bottle of water. Yet he never gave us the bottle of water. Instead, he had a bottle of water already opened and he walked around filling everybody’s glasses with that water. We think he was going back to the kitchen filling the bottle with tab water when the water runs low. It is a very sneaky move. Food is ok, not great as many of the reviews claimed. We were only impressed by the first two courses, the salad and the lobster bisque. After that, everything tasted the same. It is not worth $320. The room is dark and dingy. Smells oily too.

    My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of once again eating at the restaurant Blue 11 in Yacht Haven.  We think their chef is a real gourmand genius.  He blends local and common American-style ingredients to make really excellent, tasteful flavors.   If Michelin stars were available in the Caribbean, he’d have at least one, more likely two.  We’ve eaten at many Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and Asia and I don’t know the criteria for starring but this chef, this restaurant is equal to and surpasses some of these Michelin starred-restaurants.   I’m not a fan of every ingredient but his combination of flavors was simply delicious.  For example, I DO NOT LIKE TUNA and his first course when I was there was a spicy, tuna tartar.  Wow!!  Simply amazing and that was my opinion on each course.  My one negative, I wish the dessert was a little smaller.  I couldn’t finish it and didn’t have the satisfaction of saying, “I licked every plate clean!!”

    An absolutely wonderful experience. Chef and his staff produced each plate of his 9 course tasting menu impeccably. The kitchen counter is definitely the place to sit and enjoy such a skilled team. The waitstaff worked very well together and seemed genuinely proud to present each plate. What a pleasure.
