   Blue pearl offers a fine dining experience that stands out in an area not typically known for upscale restaurants. overall experience was great! The appetizers were a true delight, particularly the spicy shrimp, octopus, and clams. These starters set a high bar for the rest of the meal. Only dumplings did not quite meet the same standard and were my least favorite appetiser. Moving on to the main courses, I could say it was a good meal, but nothing that would leave a lasting impression. Dessert was a mixed experience. We ordered two chocolate molten cakes, and one of them was overcooked and lacked the anticipated melt-in-your-mouth texture the other one was a good texture. Despite these small setbacks, Blue Pearl offers a good dining option with very good service in Staten Island.

   Top notch. Food and service were excellent. And the manager John was always coming around to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. 5 stars. I would definitely recommend Blue Pearl.

   It was a wonderful meal, with great service, and inventive cuisine, lovingly and beautifully presented. The staff and service were attentive and thoughtful. Capped with a beautiful view of NY harbor.

    I brought my mother to Blue Pearl for her birthday. We were treated well from the moment we walked in the door. We sat in the back with a nice view of the Verrazano Bridge. The wait staff was both attentive and accommodating to both my mother and I; and made sure we were having a top-notch experience. I would say both the atmosphere and food was one of the best I have experienced in New York City. I highly recommend anyone to come here for a celebration or date.
