   The French onion soup was very good. The key lime pie was also great. I ordered the prime rib and was promised it would be tender. It was very tough. Truth is I would not order this steak and highly recommend you choose something different.

   We’ve come to Banff for several years and this is the first time we gave this place a try. It was outstanding! The food was great, with some very high quality steaks and great variety of drinks. One of our party members ordered the Salmon (which might have been perceived as a risk at a steakhouse) and it was cooked perfectly! The place also has a very nice and cozy feel to it! Service was ok, but could have used a few more visits for drink orders. That said, still an amazing experience and we will definitely be back!

   This is a relatively new restaurant in Banff. We were there on December 30th 2024. It was busy and wait time for service was rather long. This is mostly a steak house. You expect to get a nice hot steak. Ours arrived luke warm which was at best disappointing. We did not send it back as we figured the wait time would be excessive and our side dishes would get cold while waiting. Probably better to go to this restaurant in the off season

   I love this restaurant, and especially love taking my out of town guests here when they come to visit! Everything on the menu is delicious, especially the tenderloin steak and key lime pie! Outstanding service, happy & very attentive staff! Thank you!

   We booked this reservation over a month ago - and had very high hopes. My boyfriend has been here before and said it was AMAZING, but this dinner definitely fell short. We ordered the cheesy potato doughnuts to start and they came out undercooked, and cold. We didn’t say anything at this point because we thought our main meal would be better… We ordered the Alberta Cut of the prime rib (comes with a Yorkshire pudding) and the Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, and broccolini as accompaniments. The Yorkshire pudding came out cold, as did the prime rib with peppercorn sauce. The sides (thankfully!) we the only warm part of our meal. The server was great and we let her know that it was cold and she offered to get the kitchen to remake everything. I hate wasting, so we declined and just asked for new Yorkshire puddings and new peppercorn sauce. They came out shortly after, still cold. They did come to check if it was better, but I felt so bad to tell them it was still cold after remaking? After all was said and done they took the accompaniments off our bill, which was a nice gesture, but it was not what was wrong with our meal. It really was such a shame to have this experience as it was our “Christmas dinner.” Our drinks were great, and our service was great, and the taste of the food was also good, but it’s such a shame that it was all cold :(

    Great experience and good value. Had the happy hour fondue and added the striploin that was incredible (tasty and tender!).
