   Our server was Mandy. She was AMAZING!! She made sure we had an excellent time, and gave amazing service! We do not remember seeing it posted in the menu that the tip would be included on the bill. If it was there, it should be more visible, as to not be a surprise when the bill comes. That is not good business, nor good for your staff. Mandi’s tip would have been at least 25% (because she was so wonderful!) had it not been 18% on our bill. You really did her a disservice. The FLAT plates are beautiful, yet NOT something that food with any juice/liquid should be placed upon! When our meals were served, steak juice went all over me as the food runner placed the plate upon our table. Mandy was extremely apologetic and offered everything she could/within her power to make it right. It was ok, because she was NOT at fault… the owners were… poor decision to use flat plates!!!! The manager offered dry cleaning, but our flight home was the next day, so no dry cleaning could be done here. We were served free dessert. All-in-all, we had a wonderful time!! ALL of the staff was very friendly, and welcoming. We travel here often for both business and pleasure, and will be back! Our dinner guest was with Hilton management, and she was so impressed, that she will be bringing her clients to this location, as often as she can. We will most definitely ask for Mandy!

   Beautiful ambience. Our server was lovely and attentive. My friend and I both ordered the Wagyu burger with fries and truffle aioli, priced at $32 per plate. The fries were outstanding. The burger was terrible. The bun was so dry it crumbled when I bit into it. The meat was like sawdust it was so dry, far beyond well done (we were not asked what temperature we’d prefer our burgers to be cooked), with no flavor at all. I tried adding some extra aioli to help, because I hate sending food back, but it was too dry to redeem. The manager did apologize and take the burgers off our bill, which was appreciated. Not sure if I would chance eating there again, though, especially at that price point. Definitely disappointing.

   We got truffle flies, lobster, egg, and cheese on the sliders, and we had the Mixology experience with the lychee margaritas delicious it was a really great New Year’s experience and will be coming back next year.

   I went here for my 28th birthday and the service was absolutely amazing! I so appreciate everything they did for me they truly went above and behind. The food was good, maybe a little overpriced but overall I am happy with my experience and I will be back!

   Boketto was an exceptional dinning experience. We had a great time celebrating a special event there. The steak selection was excellent and the other members of our party that weren’t red meat fan found other options.

   Wow, what a pleasant surprise. We loved our first visit here. Lively but not too loud, great appetizers and good mains. I wasn’t impressed by the wine list of white ( by the glass overwhelmingly all sav blanc) but Caymus by the glass was good to see. Dessert just order the chocolate. Nice additions with hand cloths and aperitifs. Nice wait staff. We will be back.

    Food and service were excellent Ambiance was visually appealing Sound level way too loud Music was terrible- sounded like a keyboard drum track on repeat Prices ridiculously high does not encourage a return
