BoLD serves an elevated American breakfast and brunch, followed by a Mediterranean-inspired lunch, happy hour and dinner.

We're open from 8:00 a.m Monday-Friday and 7:30 a.m Saturday and Sunday for breakfast and brunch, serve lunch from 11:30, happy hour runs from 2:00-6:00 and dinner's from 5:00-9 p.m. We only accept reservations in the evening - at any other time of day, please phone ahead.

                                                My family and I had breakfast at BoLD Restaurant and Bar and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every dish was well-balanced and satisfying, making for a great start to a day of skiing. The service was equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious breakfast with top-notch service. We will definitely be returning on our next trip!

                                                We were excited to try this restaurant based on the menu and previous reviews, unfortunately our experience was not up to par. We were seated promptly, and then ignored by the waitstaff rushing by us. Not even a “hello” or “I’ll be right with you”. I had to ask the hostess twice for a server. When he appeared he was curt and took our drink and food order simultaneously. We were happy with our cocktails, a Manhattan and Old Fashioned. Cannot say the same for our meal. My husband ordered their chicken skewers specialty which was flavorful but cold, he had to send the plate back to the kitchen. I had the Osso Bucco which had a nice tomato sauce , but the meat was chewy. The broccolini was flavorful but could have been warmer, the mashed potatoes were the best part of the meal. For the prices we expected better. We won’t be back.

                                                We have been here before, several times. Mediterranean menu, we selected Greek salad and tajine. Service was excellent, this place is very popular, recommend reservations for sure
