   Wonderful atmosphere and vibe, and the classic French Bistro dishes are superbly executed. Every one was outstanding! Oysters (local) were amazing and very fresh. We really enjoyed the escargot, coquettes, endive salad, tartare and eggs with mayonnaise and crabmeat - all were stunning with each having a special take on the original. Excellent wine and very attentive service. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The space is lavish and authentic. There was music from a DJ and a classic film projected onto the back wall. Seating was comfortable and gave a great view across the bar and tables. Food was amazing, better than many of the good places we have eaten across France. We had a blast!

   Had a fabulous meal! We sat outside- a bit chilly but there was a heat lamp and they gave us blankets. Our server, Rebecca, was fantastic! And definitely do not leave without an order of Madeleines for dessert.

   Outstanding French fare. We loved a sampling of Les Hors d’Oeuvres. The Caesar salad, truffle fries, steak tartare, asparagus, and cow cheese with apple butter were all outstanding. The baguette was delicious as well with perfect crunchiness. The pot de crème to finish was decadent - adding butterscotch was inspired. Alan provided absolutely delightful service. We had reserved an indoor table which turned out to be a bit too loud (we are old Gen-X-ers) so we moved to the outdoor Parisian style tables on the Embarcadero which were a little chilly but enjoyable. Not the place to go for a quiet, intimate meal, but a great spot for a lively experience. Excellent new addition to SF French dining in a boutique location.

   They have a nice bar set up in the middle of the restaurant which I suppose that’s the major selling point but the cocktails were underwhelming. I had a sidecar and an old fashion but they were so-so. My wife had a brut and a glass of wine, again, not memorable. The bread and butter was amazing but that’s it. We had oysters, escargots and croquet Madame…. not bad but then didn’t stand out. Our bartender/server was attentive but the other guy who tried to step in was a little obnoxious. We came for dinner but got the feeling that the dinner menu needed some work

   After following Bon Delire on IG for the past two months, we decided to pull the trigger and make dinner reservations. The hostess was most warm and friendly and welcomed us to BD. We sat at the bar (our favorite place to dine) and the owner Kais Bouzidi went above and beyond to ensure us some bar seats The menu hit on all of our favorite french treats, and the wines by the glass stayed on point with a good selection of French wines. We shared the speck and chicken croquettes, truffle fries, belgian endive and blue cheese salad. One of the stars of the menu was the Pain Maison & Cultured Butter- top notch! It is a high energy spot with vinyls spinning and friends gathering post-work. The bartenders made great food recommendations, the service did not quite hit the mark. It is possible due to the fact there were only two of them (servicing the dining room and bar) If you are looking for a great neighborhood gem with a Paris left-bank vibe definitely, hit up Bon Delire

   Came for dinner before a concert at the Warfield. Steak was great, fries could have been better. Vintage martini was nice and cold, oysters not my favorite as they were too big for my liking. Recommend coming right at 5pm when the sun begins to set, creates nice warm ambiance in the restaurant and love the music selection! Will come back to try the brunch menu.
