First time going to Bosse Enoteca and we will certainly be going back. My wife and I started with some great drinks (try the Bosse, it was delicious…and the cucumber margarita was fantastic ) and a really fun time playing darts upstairs. Can’t wait to go back and watch some sporting events in the sports theater. As for our dinner, every dish we had we would get again and we had fun sampling many different dishes. The pepperoni pizza with honey was delicious, perfectly cooked and the crust was so light. For apps, we had the tuna tartare and arancini, both were great. We loved the Brussel sprouts as well as the gnocchi sides, they were surprisingly good side dishes. Finally the pappardelle regu was incredible with the fresh pasta and wild boar ragu. We were stuffed but when our daughter and her friend stopped by they were dying to try a few desserts and got the zeppoles with the chocolate/strawberry dipping sauce and another dessert that was a fantastic pastry with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce…can’t remember what is was called but get it! The food, drinks, and overall scene were all so good that I forgot to mention the service. Everyone we interacted with from the bartender to the host to the waitstaff were helpful and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to get a big group together to go back and enjoy an evening of good food, great drink and fun scene!

Waited 15 mins after seated. No greeting, not given water. Eventually stood up and left. They didn't notice.

The experience started positive. We had a positive experience at the check-in counter. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. And then it went downhill. We ordered the focaccia bread. It didn't come out until our food came out. I ordered the Rigatoni. My wife ordered the eggplant parm. My daughter ordered completely plain spaghetti. My food came out 10 minutes before any other food. I actually don't mind when hot food comes out at slightly different times, but this was too much of a gap. And my daughter ordered plain spaghetti, so where was that? Their food came out about 10 minutes later and my daughter's spaghetti had pepper on it. Not really sure why you put pepper on an order for completely plain pasta. So now she is waiting additional time for her food. The focaccia was too earthy for me and not as soft as I was anticipating. It came with a drizzle of oil and a small container of additional oil to dip. However, that's not what the bread needed. It needed balsamic. I asked for some balsamic. I was expecting something a little thick with some good aged flavor. We got watery balsamic that didn't do the trick either. The Rigatoni was not great. Very oily. Just not an appealing plate. I asked for a side of red sauce. Adding that made a bid difference. My daughters pasta was fine. Didn't come across as hand made in the restaurant. My wife's eggplant was stacked and deep fried. If you're going to deep fry something you need to advertise it that way. Thats not how you make eggplant parm. She basically couldn't eat it. So, after a disappointing meal we get the bill. While it's not a huge deal, I ordered an iced tea. It was easily 50% ice. I was asked if I would like another iced tea which I accepted. Well, when the bill came, I was charged $5 for each iced tea. Who charges for 6 oz of iced tea refill? I often drink 3-4 iced teas. Would have been quite a shock with a $20 iced tea bill. Overall disappointing.

Good luck having a conversation in here! It is entirely and unnecessarily too loud between the music and nothing to dampen the sound (all hard surfaces). You walk outside towards the courts and it is blissfully and significantly quieter— you can hear each other (shocking). Our waitress was very lovely and attentive. They are still working out the food kinks because it took an hour to get our food, the pappardelle was barely boiled (not even close to al dente) and the Cesar was overly salted. But the bolognese was good, filet cooked well and the tuna tartare was flavorful. We won’t be back until they sort out the sound issue as it wasn’t enjoyable shouting at each other and asking to repeat what they said.

We enjoyed our dinner at Bosse. The food was delicious, the servers were great. Everything on the menu looked good, and what we picked did not disappoint. The server (Kate) was very helpful in helping us choose what to pick. The hazelnut gelato was excellent. It is a little loud, but not so much where we couldn’t hear each other. Sitting by the window over looking the pickleball court was unique and provided some fun entertainment. After dinner we went upstairs to the sports bar and played darts which was also very fun. The servers there were great too. Overall a very fun night out for some tired parents. Thank you!

This was my second visit to Enoteca in Natick/Framingham. After a lovely lunch with my wife including a very nice glass of wine for her and an experiment with a beer I had not seen before, today was a mix-up. BTW the bartender was friendly, well informed and efficient. We sat at the bar so we could get a good look at the four pickleball courts that surround that end of the of the facility. Looks like fun Today, I met with a long time friend and tennis partner in the day. He ordered the chicken sandwich I had the first time and I ordered the creaser with shrimp. The food was just as remarkable as my first visit and the bartender was another very pleasant and professional person. We will be back!

Fantastic! Enoteca is the best Italian food in our area by far. Chef Chris Coombs has created a wonderful restaurant within the amazing Bosse Pickledom. Too many delicious options for one visit. Can’t wait to try the rest. Great cocktails and wine list. Very professional and friendly service led by hospitality pro Johna Willis. Not cheap but absolutely worth every penny.
