BOUCHERIE is a traditional French brasserie and steakhouse, celebrating Joie de Vivre in the heart of West Village. The restaurant prepares a menu of French classics and timeless bistro favorites, in addition to the dry-aged steaks. An absinthe-inspired bar offers classic drinks, signature cocktails and craft beers. Located in the building that used to house the prominent Circle Repertory Theater, the 320-seat restaurant provides a diverse array of dining options from the spacious dining room, a seat at the butcher counter, the intimate second-floor gallery with private dining and outdoor cafe. Boucherie has adapted to the current environment to make the dining experience safe for guests and staff.

The steak was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Paired with an exceptional cup of coffee that was rich and smooth, it made for a truly memorable meal. And don't miss the Basque cheesecake—it’s hands down the best I've ever had, with delightful, refreshing fruit notes that balance the richness perfectly. The service was spot-on, my server Milly was superb. It’s easy to see why this place is so popular—highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

                                                                                                            I used to travel to Paris 5 times a year and this lovely spot is so spot on,it is amazing. The setting is very French and the food delicious. The service is nothing like my favorite bistro, they were attentive and met each desre with courtesy and quickness. Expect a wonderful evening.

Since we both love the holiday season, we were so excited to check out the Boucherie! The ambience and food were amazing!! It’s become our new favorite restaurant when we visit!

The ambiance is warm and inviting, absolutely love this place! Marina was an attentive and friendly server, making our experience even better. We requested something from dinner menu and she was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had exactly what we wanted. A truly delightful visit, can’t wait to come back!
