BOUCHERIE is a traditional French brasserie and steakhouse, celebrating Joie de Vivre. The restaurant prepares a menu of French classics and timeless bistro favorites, in addition to the dry-aged steaks. In addition to an extensive wine list and classic drinks, a beverage program that boasts an inspired menu of absinthe-driven signature cocktails. Surrounded by walls of majestic wooden-framed mirrors and original Belle Époque posters, seating at our Union square location varies among pristine white marble and wood bistro tables, cozy burgundy leather booths, a 32ft. handmade pewter bar, and an option for a 40-guest private room, to make the 222-seat restaurant feel timeless.

Great atmosphere. It took a while to get our orders in because of the popularity of this establishment during this time of year but the food was great as always.

Loved it it!! Staff was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and festive. We were going to order a pricey champagne and the waiter graciously showed us a better value champagne and it was delicious! Thanks!

Amazing food and ambiance!!! Highly recommend to visit during the holiday season! The French onion soup, steak tar tar, and bolognese was all outstanding!!!

Great experience … We had a reservation, but we ended up sitting at the bar and Roul took a wonderful care of us !!!! Amazing French onion soup

We reserve for Breakfast, 2 days prior, we are the first to arrive in the restaurant at 10am and we are placed in the back of the restaurant (2nd worst table beside the restroom). When ask if we could have a booth, we are “rehearsly” told that this is for 5 guests not four, we ask again politely since we love the Boucherie but to no avail being told “if I could I would”. Imagine our surprise when they sit a group of 4 in the booth just 10 minutes later, not funny. Service was rehearsed and looked not geniuine. Food was ok. The server was great. I love love the Boucherie in West Village but this one for service and food being just ok doesn’t wow me one bit.
