   Supposed to be a Reveillon dinner, was told they weren’t serving it on Christmas night. Immediately told they were out of several menu items. Placed our orders, server came back 3 times to tell us they were out of things and we needed to order something else. One person ordered two crab cakes, they only had one. Was still charged for two. Server took one plate of leftovers, was supposed to box them, she threw them out instead. Had her bring a replacement for what was thrown out, then was charged for the replacement. Needless to say, if you go, check your bill closely. Finally, server spilled creamer on my husband’s sleeve and didn’t even acknowledge what she had done. Food was good but would not recommend due to all of these other circumstances.

   The waiter informed us that they were out of 1/2 the menu items. He said, no one ordered inventory and it’d been like that since he arrived at work. We had reservations at 7pm, still waited for a table 30 mins to only learn that they had no seafood, no potatoes, no pasta, no fish, etc. people were leaving once receiving the news, so did we. Very disappointed dinner experience for anytime but especially Christmas.

   Nice atmosphere, bring g Christmas Day food became quite limited when. Our reservation came around. We ended up ordering salads, Caesar and Seared Tuna. I gave the food a 3 for the reason of selection but also because my seared tuna was very salty. It was hard to eat but I mixed it together it helped to eat it. Overall our server Christopher was very nice.

   It was Christmas Day and I want to give grace for the people working but I can’t shelter the experience. The service was the worst. The food was good. Waited 40 minutes after being seated to see a waiter. There were two servers working our area. Both past us multiple times without acknowledging us. Finally got service. Waited another 20 on a glass of wine. The restaurant was out of several sides and menu items. Again it was Christmas so understandable. My husband ended up getting a cheeseburger it was decent but he had no condiments. The sides he wanted they were out of so he choose gumbo and we were charged for the gumbo. I had a salad and it was good. The waiter never refilled our water. Service was terrible and overall customer service was terrible too.

   Unfortunately, I have to give this a low rating. First, I booked and reserved a “Revellion” experience ahead of time. We arrive to learn they are not doing a Revellion menu as they are out of a few ingredients. They instead offer us their full normal menu which is fine but would have liked to be informed it wasn’t Revellion before hand. I was entertaining guest out of town and everyone was expecting this tradition. I was told they were only out of the pork chops but after ordering we learn almost thirty minutes later, they are out of the dishes we order. We order something else. Later, waitress comes back to say they are out of that. This situation, mixed with very slow and inattentive service made for a unfortunate experience. To be fair it was Christmas Day so I understand they were busy. Other than that, the food was good and the staff was kind. Just can’t recommend this for “Revellion” especially for it being ‘top rated’ on Open Table.

   I was initially about to be seated in a much different area of the Restaraunt that I know to be open after hours. It was much darker and the vibe was different. I requested to be seated with everyone else in the more lit main dining area instead. The service was okay. I ordered a cocktail and bbq shrimp as appetizer. I received my appetizer way ahead of my drink. Of course there were no plates on the table or bought out to share the appetizer with. The manager who dropped the food off had to go behind the server and retrieve plates herself for me. Not sure why these things aren’t just simply done prior. 3rd experience here & it was the same thing. Finally got my drink when almost done appetizer. Entrees came out pretty quick. The food runner sat the plate at the corner edge of the empty side of the table. Which was odd. I had to get up and reach over to place the food in front of me. We received no steak knife with our steak and had to wait several minutes for someone to check on us. Overall servers could do a much better job anticipating the guests needs. Don’t drop food and not ask is there anything else I may get for you in this moment. Just careless on those things other than that food is always good here.

   Well we dined here for Christmas and the service was mediocre at best. The best part of the night was when the manager told us our bill was taken care of because of all of the mishaps that occurred. They realized their mistakes and corrected them.

   We went for the rebellion dinner. The main entrees were a bit of a let down. Out of the three choices, crab cakes were out of Alfredo sauce and they were out of the redfish entree

    This was my first ever Christmas dining experience. My children and I loved the experience. Food was delicious, service and atmosphere was amazing and decor was inviting. Love the warehouse district location. We will definitely be back.
