   Wow! I was a little hesitant when I saw that they require a credit card for reservations, but the associate recommending B&B was so strong, I want ahead. We were not disappointed! Service was exceptional, food was the best. And the bourbon… tasty too! If you want great food, service and libations, this is your place!

   We've never experienced so much disrespect at a restaurant. We're a small group, 3 couples, and I'm the one who always makes the reservations. We usually go to Ocean44, Steak44, Dominic's, Durant's, etc but one of our friends really enjoys this restaurant. He and his family come here often. During our dinner, when the waiter checked on us, one of our guests asked the waiter for the drink he had ordered and was waiting for but she told him that she had already brought him his drink. It was confusing, as not only she hadn't but she didn't offer to bring one. She then proceeded to bring 1 check, instead of 3 checks, and this 1 check included a 20% gratuity. Now, we normally tip more than 20% but we were confused by this as that only happens in a group of 8 people or more, not 6. We've dined here before too and hadn't experienced this so we asked the waitress to divide the checks and about the gratuity being included. She sent her manager cover. He came over with the 3 checks and said the 20% gratuity is on the Opendoor policy but it's not. We just checked again. What it says under restaurant notes, which you to have to click on, is an outline of their dress code followed by "We do not accept payment through Open Table. A 20% service fee will be applied if applicable." When we tried explaining this to the manager he said that had always been the policy. This was strange as once again, this hadn't happened before. Instead of trying to talk to us, when one of our friends tried telling the manager how disrespected he felt the manager's response was that he felt disrespected by his comment. We go out often. Two out of the six people have worked in the restaurant and bar industry and always tip more than 20% because we understand how much work this is. The issue was being asked for 20% when this hadn't happened before, the manager's response, tone, and delivery to this being questioned, and lack of good customer service when trying to talk to him. We'll never be back.

   Staff from beginning to end were knowledgeable, thoughtful and went above and beyond at every turn. The food was fantastic. The prime rib was very reasonably priced, especially for everything that came with it as well as the size of the meat. That alone far exceeded our expectations, but the quality and flavor sealed the deal on appreciation. Prices and portions were on point and food quality exceeded expectations. We will be back!

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bones and Bourbon, and it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The menu offered a great variety of dishes, but the highlight for me was the perfectly cooked ribs, which were tender and flavorful. The bourbon selection was impressive as well, with knowledgeable staff who helped me choose the perfect pairing for my meal. Overall, Bones and Bourbon is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy delicious food and great drinks in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

   The steak was good but the sides were disappointing. Service started out strong but then we didn't see much of our servers. For the price it was nothing special. Sad, we took our son for his 30th birthday and thought we would take him to a steakhouse that was more trendy but we will go with the tried and true Steakhouses

    The service made Bourbon and Bones shine. The team of waiters and waitresses were extremely attentive. The food was amazing as well. I would definitely go back.
