Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you're in the mood for something more Vegas style, the 24oz. Flannery Beef Ribsteak is just right.

The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles.

The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations.

The kitchen is open from 5pm to 1am, Tuesday through Saturday. The bar is usually open later. Full menu until 12am, then a satisfying late night menu until 1am.

Excellent service and addition to menu request - very tasty and beautiful space. Only thing that needs to be done is to redo menu online - it doesn't always match what's available.

Fantastic food, well prepared, and attentive, capable service. Wine list is e list is not extensive but very well curated with perfect choices for any pallet. Off-strip location offers a relaxed vibe with a more real-world feel and servers who actually give a darn how you’re liking things. Highly recommend

Wow what an amazing restaurant. Italian inspired is how they describe their menu, with several other influences making it really unique. We had two small plates and two of their mid sized, and had leftovers. Ragu pasta was spot on, fish was excellent. Service was also spot on. Will return, even though it is a long drive from our house.
