   From the moment we walked in, it was a very professional experience. All the staff was amazing and the only thing better was the food. What an amazing parade of meat. Each one was better than the last. We were celebrating our anniversary and there was a note on the table and our dessert was comped. What an experience and one I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank for making our evening special!

   I made a reservation with a few friends for a birthday this past weekend. The experience was enjoyable, but there was nothing done for the birthday even though we made note in the OpenTable reservation. The aim for fine dining is apparent in how the staff welcomes you and the way the restaurant is set up. The host staff is exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the waitstaff is very attentive in seating you at your table, they pull out your chairs for you and guide you in, explain the process, and provide your beverage options. However, they do things so awkwardly the experience falls short of fine dining after the initial introduction. The water bottles are put on the far side of the table so the waitstaff must reach across you and quite literally lean into your conversation to grab the bottles and refill your glasses. If you do not have water in your glass, they take it from your table - which is odd. The food was pretty good, but not worth the price tag, and the restaurant was very lively which made it difficult to hear what items were being offered and for the waitstaff to hear you. They also mention you can request specific items, but ours never arrived, which was a bit disappointing. If you have your napkin on the table, for whatever reason, the wait staff will flap it open and lay it on your lap. This is fine in the beginning of a meal, but if you’ve got to get up, gotten it messy, or stopped eating, it can be a bit awkward. I also felt a bit wasteful with the food left on the table; even when asking for small cuts there was a lot of meat. We didn’t really touch the sides either, so I wish we could have declined those. All in all, I’d say you’re paying for the experience and the ambiance, but if you don’t care about the frills and just want the food, there are other options that let the food shine, or even just match the price to the quality of food. I may come back if I have gusts from out of town, but I’m not sure I’d make this a regular spot.

   It was our first time there as a family and everything was amazing. My kids enjoyed it and the service was top tier. Our waiter was so friendly and happy and one thing I loved was he vocal. He made us laugh and feel so welcoming. One of the managers came to check on us repeatedly and that was new and kind. We will definitely will be going again. Thank you y’all for making my son’s birthday special.

   Babysitter canceled and manager still accommodated our lil man! Had to wait for a table but squeezed us in no time! Great service always!

   I was expecting the same as you get at Chama Gacha or another high-end Brazilian steakhouse however, this place was different. It felt dirty. The chandeliers had dust all over them. The floors weren’t clean and areas they were greasy and slippery and then the service was lacking as well, although there were plenty of people that asked us what they could get us and how we are doing I asked for a sauce three times before it was brought to me 20 minutes later And I had to ask for the cheese bread . The external structure was a bit dirty as well. There were service door hatches that were open and some of the lighting fixtures inside the rocks were broken. It did not look like it was up kept very well I won’t be returning. For the price you pay the place should be spotless and clean and not feel like they could do better .
