This sultry 120-seater draws inspiration from across Latin America, honed through Manion’s decades of experience. Think flame- roasted, whole young chickens slicked with garlic-chili oil, steaks cooked over an open fire alongside chimichurri, and moqueca teeming with clams, shrimp & Mahi Mahi with coconut-scented rice—all washed down with quenching caipirinhas, locally brewed, Latin-inspired beer and 100 bottles of wine under 100 dollars.

                                      Hugky recommended if you appreciate food. The pork shank and the pork fried rice are out of this world. Service was the high point of the night. On a busy night they didn’t miss a beat. One of the best places in the city.

                                      We were a party of six with very diverse taste and food and each one of us loved our dining experience. I live in Southern California and will now be looking for a Brazilian restaurant that is similar to this. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. It was absolutely delicious. We’re still talking about it a week later.

                                      Had such a great experience at Brasero! Food and service were top notch! Over 100 bottles to choose from on their wine list and the server was very knowledgeable and able to help pick out a bottle that paired well with our food order. For food we ordered the Salmon Ceviche, Grilled Prawns (never had prawns this flavorful), Pork Fried Rice, Picanha (perfectly cooked and delicious by itself. Really enjoyed it with the vinagrete). The Pork Shank stole the show and was so tender it fell off the bone! Definitely looking forward to coming back!
