   This was our second visit to the restaurant. Although we were very impressed the first time, we were not so impressed this time. Two guests had the Wurst platter and one of the sausages was dried out. Three of us had spaetzle and it was dried out and tough as well. Not noodle like at all. It was like it was reheated on a grill. Not likely we will return.

   Our family of 4 really enjoyed all aspects of Benelux. Would definitely return.

   We visited for Valentine's Day while traveling in Saratoga for the weekend. Excited to visit based on their regular menu posted online. The Valentine's menu was limited, which was okay, and to be expected. We had reservations for 7:30 and were brought to our table, but the table was dirty, so we had to wait there for them to clean it and replace settings. Not sure why they didn't have us wait by the door while they did that as we were conscious of other diners enjoying their Valentine's meals. Our biggest gripe is that we rec'd our apps and started to enjoy them and they brought the food within 5 minutes of rec'g the apps. We really didn't get much time to enjoy the food. Then it took forever for desserts. I was hoping for better service as we spent $300 + for this dinner. Food was good but not worth that price.

   Fun atmosphere, service was not great though, food was only ok for how much $$$. Live violin player and cool atmosphere. Menu was ‘fixed’ for Valentine’s Day - a three course meal, $65 per person. Food came out extremely quick (rushed), asked for things that were never brought to the table, plates were not cleared for quite some time even though there were many employees around that didn’t seem too busy. A hard working waitress appeared stressed, complaining about other employees in a joking way to our table. Not a great look for a $165 meal for 2.

   Food was excellent.. best Schnitzel ever!! Website didn’t mention Valentines was price fix ($65ea).. but salad and dessert were very good.. they were hoping busy do a bit noisy but had a great time

   Had a really great meal here. Very friendly and helpful service from Jackie as she helped us navigate the menu with lots of questions as first-timers there. Food was exceptional - rich pea soup, great apps, amazing schnitzels with mushroom sauce and with mustard sauce, all clearly made from scratch. Portions were very generous, so much so that we had to regrettably pass on desserts, which looked amazing. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable but the real star was the food. We plan on becoming regulars.

   Our first time a Benelux and it was a wonderful experience. We sat a t a booth near the back, and unlike many restaurants today, we could acually have a convesation in normal voices. Jackie, our server, was very helpful in explaining the menu and guided us well, making suggestions that were spot on to what we were looking for. We got to meet the Chef Armand and his wife (who works the front of the house), delightful people. They remembered us next day when we saw them at ChowderFest! The food was excellent. We had the seafood chowder, which was chocked full of a wide variety of seafood. Then Jackie guided us toward the chicken schnitzel cordon blue with spatzel and cucumber salad (not on the menu). Absolutely delish! We finsished by sharing a piece of the carrot cake with toasted coconut (we also met the pastry chef). Very indulgent, but irresistable! The piece was huge so we took some home with us. Will defintely be back next time we are in Saratoga Spings!

   The service was amazing! They made you feel like you were part of the family! The food was incredible! Perfect heavy meal for a cold winter day! The potato pancakes were heaven! Everyone really enjoyed their food! They were super accommodating of our baby and the stroller we had her in! Great vibes all around!

    Was hoping our visit would be as good as a previous visit. Not the case. Chaotic from the minute we arrived. Food was barely warm and missing sides. I’ll leave it at that.
