We were seated in the back of the restaurant. The ambience is definitely more hopping and historical up front. But, the table was nice. Food was warm and portions are large. Dessert was tasty. Be sure to make a reservation. And, as stated on both the website and I’m sure on other reviews, note the 20% service fee.

Since we weren’t really familiar with the area the restaurant was just a little hard to find but once we found it we ending up having to wait about ten minutes to be seated because they were extremely busy that night. I requested at booth when I made my reservation but unfortunately we didn’t get one, the service and food was alright, I asked for a well done filet mignon but it was still had some pink in the middle and I ended up spending waaay more than i expected. But overall it was a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend going when there not busy

First time here and I already want to come back. I booked this for valentine's day and my partner and myself had an amazing time. The food is fantastic and I finally got to try Escargots, trout and pate. The vibe is very sophisticated and makes it feel special. The drinks selection is the best with so many options and ingredients list so you know what you are getting. All in all, a great experience.

I always have enjoyed going to Brasserie Liberte. Great food, good service, and a nice ambience. However, this last visit left a poor impression when we were presented the check. The server said "There is a 20% service charge which goes to the bar and the food runners." So the service charge covers everyone except our server? Then, we noted on the bill, a note that said "A 20% service fee will be added to all guest checks and will be used to cover our increasing operational costs. Service fees are not tips. Tips are not expected but always appreciated." This is frankly ridiculous. If you include a service charge, use it pay your service staff. If your costs are going up, increase your prices. Doing it this way is misleading, and unfair to both customers and servers (assuming servers don't actually get a share of the service charge). I liked this place a lot but won't be going back unless they change this deceptive practice.

Lovely birthday dinner in quiet restaurant on Super Bowl evening. Service was expeditious, if even too enthusiastic at times. Food was great- we ended up doing restaurant week menu not realizing the timing and plates were generous.

Every time I go to this restaurant, I enjoy it 125%. Me and the wifey enjoy it to the fullest because the food is delicious, fresh and everything taste amazing. Our waitress Cynthia was amazing in every aspect you would want your waitress to be. Cynthia was a darling and because of her we enjoyed our food even more.

It was fine. Priced for the location and quality fir high turnover. The in house sorbet was the highlight. The rest didn’t stand out. We didn’t know it was restaurant week- that could have been part of it. Fine enough.
