   This was my first time dining at Brasserie Margot and it was fantastic. Our whole party enjoyed the meal and overall experience. It is a lovely space in the Four Seasons hotel. We dined on a Wednesday night so it was very quite and our party could easily talk to each other. I don't imagine it would get much noisier on a busy night as it is an intimate space, with sound absorbing features like curtains and fabric covered chairs and benches. All of the staff was wonderful, but our server Travis was a gem! Definitely try to sit in his section. He made excellent recommendations and provided wonderful service. The French onion soup is not to be missed. Also highly recommend the muscles vol au vent. Deliciously done in a lovely puffed pastry. For dinner, I had the boeuf bourguignon and it was amazing. The sauce was everything! The other members of our group had the sole meuniere and Swordfish Au Poivre and both said they were excellent. The cocktails and mocktails were perfectly made too. The Mountain of Youth cocktail was light and refreshing and the coconut based mocktail was equally good with a unique flavor profile. Don't skip on desserts either. The chocolate mouse is amazing and the Crepe Suzette is made at your table, which is really fun. It is also very good. Restaurants at hotels, even high end ones, can be very hit or miss and Brasserie Margot exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back.

   We recently had the privilege of dining at Brasserie Margot to celebrate a dear friend's incredible milestone of completing her radiation treatment and ringing the cancer bell. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our celebration all the more special.  The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our evening was memorable, and to our surprise, each staff member took the time to write heartfelt notes of encouragement on a card for our friend. Additionally, the hostess came over to our table to personally share her support.  All of these thoughtful gestures truly touched our hearts and made the occasion even more meaningful.   Nick, the bartender, was fantastic, crafting specialty cocktails that were both delicious and creative. He ensured we always had a drink in front of us, adding to the enjoyment of our evening.  The food was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was a delightful culinary experience, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. We were particularly impressed with Travis, who was exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant's history. His recommendations were spot-on, and his passion for his work shone through in every interaction.   We left with full hearts and satisfied appetites, already looking forward to our next visit. If you're looking for a place with delicious food, outstanding service, and a staff that genuinely cares about their guests, look no further than Brasserie Margot. Thank you for making our celebration so special—we can't wait to come back again!

   Beautiful restaurant with amazing service! Great for a date night if you're looking for somewhere trendy and luxurious. The drinks were great. The bread was great. Steak tartar appetizer made at your table was delicious. The mains, veal and steak, had a little more to be desired. But ending it with the complimentary chocolate mousse for my birthday had me not wanting anything more anyways. It was a fantastic experience!

   All the food we ordered tasted great. The desserts were phenomenal. Onion soup and the creme brulee are a must have. Service was great, they were very attentive. I definitely plan on coming back!
