Usually good but wasn’t made aware they was closing that day for refurb so many drinks & menu items wasn’t available. Staff did their best with what was available & very polite

We always chose here because it is a good friendly pub with good food, a good ambience and good value. Service is usually very quick, but on this occasion it took nearly 1hr 20mins to get food and even then part of the order was missing. This resulted in the start of our evening event being missed.

Good welcome and service, completely overshadowed by 2/3 of the Mains and Starter menu items being out of stock, and on a Saturday? Very poor - especially when the bar person had no idea why.

We Was originally going to come here for dinner but ended up having lunch instead. Staff was very friendly and helpful and great portion sizes for the price. Was really tasty too. Have been here before in passing, and looks like they have a new manager now so will definitely be coming back again! We had a great time
