   We arrived and we were told they were making the oil for our bread and to give it 15 mins. Waited and waited. We asked our server (who was awesome, not his fault) and he said it still wasn’t done. Fast forward about 45 mins. Server comes to the table and apologizes because our food order never printed out so they were just now making it. (Still no oil). The food was good but the overall was very disappointing. They never had the oil ready before we left. (Hour and a half). But the server, James, was awesome. We ended up just laughing about it and he gave me a birthday care on my way out. So I doubt we go back. Happy bday to me lol.

   We put in the reservation notes that it was a special occasion — both a birthday and graduation… and there was no recognition of either. We even mentioned “this is the celebrant.” I was disappointed.

   I enjoyed Laura as our server. She was always checking up on us and making sure we were well with our orders and asking if the food was to our liking. She was attentive, but also gave us space to speak and talk as well without interrupting much. 5-Star performance from this great server! We will come back and sit in her section!

   My salad greens were old and wilted. The manager made it right by bringing a new meal although I opted for romaine instead of the spring mix

   The restaurant was not setup for the number of people it planned to serve. Upon arrival it took 20 minutes to be seated for a reservation. Once seated it took 40 minutes to get our drinks. I spoke with the manager on duty but it was clear he was not able to do anything. My feedback would be they should have focused on the dining room customers and they should have shutdown to go orders. It was just not a great experience to celebrate Mother’s Day.

   We completely understand that it was Mother’s Day. Our reservation was for 6pm and we got seated at 6:15. At 6:45 I finally asked for a server because we hadn’t been greeted and given the basket of bread. So it took almost 45min for the server to greet us and take our drink and appetizer order. It was another 15min to receive the drinks and place our dinner order. Now the dinner orders did arrive rather quickly but the portion sizes seemed smaller compared to the last time we were there. I got the lobster & shrimp fettuccine and I was not very pleased with it, for $35 I was expecting a full plate and more than 5 small pieces of lobster. I still hadn’t received my cocktail and my son hadn’t received his appetizer. Again the free time allowed us to talk and catch up with our sons. We really hope that this was a fluke and the service and food is better at our next visit.

   Service was excellent even on an extremely busy Mother's Day. Brunch menu was okay. Portions were smaller in my opinion relative to price.

   The greeter did an excellent of setting expectations when we arrived. Even though we had a reservation, they were running behind. Many graduations in the area and there were several large parties etc…. We were very pleased with how the entire team worked together to get all of their customers taken care of and maintaining a pleasant upbeat atmosphere. A big shout out to our waiter Ryan!! He was AMAZING!! We will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Thank you. Again, your greeter did an amazing job with setting clear and sincere expectations!
