   Service extremely slow. Took 25 minutes after seated to get water. Table across from us got seated 10 minutes or so after us and were eating dessert before my wife got her salad with entrees coming after her salad.

   I have always liked the ambiance of Bravo. They have a great bar if you need to wait. What is always disappointing is the initial service is very slow. Getting a drink order in and waiting to place your food order seems to take too much time. However, once you order, the food comes too fast so tell the waitress or you will get your salad with the main meal: very good food and excellent desserts.

   Horrible experience. The heat didn’t work and they were out of lots of items. They should have closed , some waiters left early. It felt like 55 degrees in the building. Bad mess tonight.

   New Years Eve…. Service was slow to lousy…. An hour after our order was placed the server came back and said that the kitchen had lost our order and we needed to give it to her again. She kind of laughed about it when she told us, no apology, no nothing. The majority of the area of the restaurant that was sitting around us also experienced horrible service and some experienced the same thing on lost orders. No lead management anywhere in sight to talk to or to get the staff inline. Complete joke! Once we got our food we were thrilled to be able to eat and just get the heck out of there. Will go back no more.

   I was quite relieved that the food was decent, but everything about this place was cringeworthy. I first noticed the plates that were on the table for the bread. They had a film on them and looked dirty. After that I started noticing how dirty the glass windows and doors, and a huge mirror were. When using the ladies room, the lighting was alarmingly low. The floors, doors, fixtures, caulking and especially the falling down and broken filthy ceiling tiles — all of it was awful. There were also disgusting filthy ducts that were fuzzy with growth, rusted drains, just so much inattention to cleanliness. The food tasted good, was served hot, and was fine. The service was fine, but nothing special. After I started noticing the filth everywhere, I just had a hard time trusting anything else. Management must be non- existent - this place really needs to shut down and clean everything and refresh all the details. I won’t be going back. Had the food not been good, I would have given this place a 1.

   First of all, thank you for being open on Christmas! The food was great. The service was a little slow and inattentive. The place is spacious and comfortable for dining.

   Wonderful to have you open for Christmas for those of us who travel and don’t have an option to cook at home. It was very much appreciated. We really appreciate Sara who not only worked on this special occasion but also her birthday!

    The service was very cheerful and good. A little slow but they were busy. Food was good. The staff was so impressive they were helping each other and worked as a team.
