   We had a reservation the host kept saying we are next to be seated 45 minutes later the bartender saw what was happening he sat us and served us as well Everyone who came in before and after us were seated before us and needless to say I will never return nor will I recommend this place to anyone

   The food was really good and the food runner was great. This is one of our favorite restaurants but tonight the service wasn't really great and I don't think they had a true bartender. I ordered a Martini and didn't come to the table until after we started eating our food. It came very dirty and I didn't request it dirty. I could have misunderstood the menu but it says "opt for a ‘dirty’ twist (upon request)". Our waitress never came back for me to ask for it without brine so I ended up drinking it but prefer it with olives but no brine. Next time I'll be sure to order a Martini and specify not dirty. We will be back of course, I just think this was an off night.

   Server was having an off day. Rude and seemed bothered with everything. Brought a dripping wet wine glass and then poured wine in it. Food was tepid at best. Expected better.

   Waitress actively avoided any table with younger diners, we barely saw our waitress the whole night. She occasionally made eye contact with us and then turned the other way. The food was clearly sitting on a counter for well over 20 minutes. My chicken was dry with the reduction having to be scraped off because it hardened under a heat lamp. My girlfriend’s salad was wilted, and her flat bread didn’t even have the cheese melted. When notifying our waitress (after waiting 30 mins to see her) she offered nothing but a very basic and apathetic apology. Also we had another waitress actively avoid refilling our water when she was helping all the other tables, we had to wait 30 mins for water alone. We will never be back to this establishment and frankly anyone under the age of 30 shouldn’t either unless you’re with an older group because you will be ignored and treated horribly by the staff.

    Certain Bravo isn’t what it used to be. Food was average. Dessert was not very good. Coffee was atrocious. Service was fine. You know it isn’t going to be good when you see $10 bottle of beers include Bud Light - not that I would order that.
