    Even though due to traffic we were significantly late for our reservation, upon our arrival at the restaurant we were assure that we would be seated when a table became available. And after about a 45 minute wait we were seated. The food was delicious and service was great.

    Service was slow. We had a 6:30 reservation and didn’t leave until almost 9:00 pm.

    Everything was great other than the service. Waitress was serving too many people and bus boys were rarely coming around to clean. I think for that busy of a place, they need more employees, especially in Mercato.

    Great food! We sat outside...the tables need to be spaced out better. We have been going here for 15 years and love the food.

    Asked for a booth with a 3 week notice, didn't receive. Very noisy sitting at a table. service was decent, my meal Pasta Bravo was not hot but tasteful, other 3 meals were hot.

    The eggplant parmigiana was spectacular! It’s one of the best I’ve ever eaten! Also, the server, Perla, did an outstanding job at taking care of all of our needs, from start to finish. Bravo is one of our favorite restaurants in Naples, FL. We’ll be returning on a regular basis, that’s for sure!
