   The food was great, but sadly our waitress seemed to want to be anywhere other than work. Sherri or Sharon was her name? The other waitresses seemed irritated at her, too. I was having a nice lunch out with my Mom, who is in a wheelchair. We did have a nice time, but her attitude detracted a bit.

   We had such a disastrous experience. It was my mom’s birthday. Upon ordering drinks, we were told that the “blender was broken” and no peach Bellinis could be made. Then, when attempting to order pizzas, they informed us that the pizza oven was not operational. My 9 year old son ordered chicken fingers off the kids menu as a secondary choice. I am not sure if I am able to share a photo on this app but when he bit into a chicken finger, it was TOTALLY RAW on the inside. As in, if you would have pulled it out of a package at a grocery store. It was so unsettling and disgusting.

   The pizza oven wasn't working and the blender was broken as well, so my guests couldn't get the food or drinks they originally wanted. My chicken marsala was very good. However, this was the most disappointing experienced I've had at this restaurant. Also, the online information indicated they were open until 11 PM; however, it turns out it is only open until 10 PM on Friday night. Since we got there at about 9:20 for a 9:30 reservation -- after attending a concert -- we didn't have much time to converse as we had planned to do.

   The fact that they take reservations is a joke. There were many people waiting in the reception area when we arrived for our reservation. We waited 30 to 40 minutes to be seated. There were open tables clearly available. The hostess offered the reason without being questioned, that she could not sit us because she wanted to be sure she had a server to cover the table. I have eaten at Bravo many times. The past two times we have run into this exact same situation. Either stop offering reservations, or get a system where they are honored in a timely manner.

   We had a disappointing experience at Bravo. Upon arrival, we were informed that they were out of kids’ menus but were not offered what menu items were available for children. I had to prompt the server by asking, “Do you have…?” to understand what options were available. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our server seemed inattentive, not only to us but also to other tables nearby. When our food was brought out by the manager, my order was incorrect. The manager explained that the mistake was due to the server inputting the order incorrectly and assured us it would be corrected. However, there was no apology for the inconvenience. When the server returned to check on us, they noticed I was still without food but failed to acknowledge or address the situation. By the time my corrected order arrived, the rest of my family had nearly finished their meals, which made the experience feel disjointed and frustrating. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I felt the situation was poorly handled overall. A bit more attentiveness and communication would have made a big difference.

    My family and I decided to dine here after completing our Black Friday shopping. We hadn’t made it to Bravo for a meal since pre covid and were excited to be going back. When I went to make the reservation on open table, we decided to split our group of 11 up into 6 and 5 as if we made one reservation, we wouldn’t be able to eat at our desired time. I made a note on both reservations that we were together but it was not necessary to feel that they must seat us together. When I arrived, I was met with a surprise. Bravo placed us into one of their more private areas for larger parties and accommodated all 11 of us at one table despite me stating that it did not matter if we got to sit together. Very impressive how important their customers are that they went a little out of their way to allow our group to sit together! Our server, while I forget her name, was very attentive and personal. An absolute gem. She always checked on us and made sure our drinks were always filled. Very professional. The food was spectacular and I ordered the lasagna which I absolutely recommend for anyone new to Bravo or that is not sure what they want to order. Overall, this was well worth the trip and I wish we would have come back to Bravo sooner. Do not pass up this great restaurant when wondering where to catch your next meal at!
