    We wanted to order turkey sandwich and there was no turkey. We then ordered a chicken salad and the dressing was terrible, either it’s too much dressing or what? There were plenty of tables around but the waiters put the guests all close together therefore it was very noisy. The restroom needs renovation to make it more updated. Then there’s not enough choice of food such as no pasta dishes like before. I am disappointed after many years as a long time patron of this restaurant.

    New management and what appears to be, all new servers. Our waiter was not very familiar with the menu, indicating this was his second day on the job. I miss the old wait staff who I became very friendly with (Chelsea in particular) and the manager, Haven. Being a long standing and frequent customer, I am adopting a wait and see attitude toward how things may change, most noticeably the menu that I have loved and whether or not I develop a rapport with the wait staff. We really don't need another Chinese restaurant in Danville, so hopefully the menu with a few changes, will remain the same, rotating dishes depending on the season.

    We were seated and completely ignored for the first 20 minutes of our experience. I asked the hostess who our server was and she was going to check, but I didn’t hear back. Finally, we asked another staff member and a server came by. Literally, 20 minutes with no one stopping by or taking our drink order. Once we had a server identified service was fine, but I likely will not return after this poor experience. With the menu price, the service did not match the value of this experience.

    Food was horrible , beef tenderloin was overcooked, scallops were rubbery, ahi tuna was green! Never seen green ahi before! Service was like a pop up restaurant, servers had no idea how to offer decent service.

    Welcoming/check-in was awful. Very poor organization unpleasant people. Meal was average - - no where close to the Bridges of 2-5-10 years ago. Another one bites the dust?

    It was disappointing. Food was not up to par. One of our entrees came to the table COLD. The plate and the outside of the meat were both warm, but the center of the pork chop was barely above freezing. It was clear that the NYE prix fixe menu included pre-cooked entrees that were not adequately warmed up for service. I hope this restaurant can restore its former glory.

    First time coming to Bridges and we loved it!! We had the ribeye and lobster, everything was cooked perfect. The service was great, we loved that the owner came and introduced himself to us. One of the things that caught our attention was how the owner was very hands on helping. We will definitely be coming back.

    Excellent food and good service overall. Bridges, under new ownership, appears to continue to be a great restaurant for special occasions, and more. Only minor disappointment: They forgot to celebrate the birthday event I had indicated we were there for when I made my reservations. I did not bring it up though when we were there.
