One standout dish is the spectacular bone marrow rich, buttery, and perfectly seasoned, served with fresh bread that complements every bite. The mushroom risotto was another highlight, made with locally sourced mushrooms that provided a deep, earthy flavor. The texture was creamy, with just the right amount of bite. The beet salad was refreshing, vibrant, and beautifully presented, offering a balance of sweetness and acidity. I decided to go with a robust Cabernet Sauvignon, which enhanced the overall dining experience. From the food to the impeccable presentation, Brio offers a true taste of Oaxaca’s culinary potential. Adding to the ambiance is the beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the church, making it the perfect spot for a memorable meal. You be the judge.
