   Server was good but a little hurried and seemed to disappear. She did explain that the kitchen was slow as did the manager, but this always seems to be the case - never enough staff in one area or another. Food was moderate when it finally arrived. Likely the last time we dine at Brio for a while.

   We were on Christmas vacation with family and friend. We were seated at7:00.At 9:00 we finally left.waited 30 minutes to get bottle of wine they did not have clean glasses.forgot appetizers , food was mediocre and two hours before food came. Been to this restaurant many times but probably will not go back.

   We had a reservation and before we got comfortable, the text came through that our table was ready. The young man seated us, and the waitress came quickly to take our drink orders. Although she got a couple of minor things wrongs, it did not take away from our experience. I had the lasagna, and my husband had the salmon. They were both delicious. I do not recommend the mango ice tea though. I did not like it. Great experience.

   It would have been better if our server was not pressed with a table of over 10 children while the adult table was in another section. The fowl language was unbearable not to mention when the adults came over, they were complaining about their children’s food and service. I sure hope the adults didn’t complain just to get prices waved, the children seemed happy with the food, they were just loud and vile.

   Severely understated! Our Server tried his best and was pleasant but it took 25 min just to get water n every time we asked for something simple (olive oil) it never came or we had to flag down a manager. Our food sat under heat lamps so long it was basically inedible. I went to restroom n literally saw my wife’s salad sit there (on food service) ledge for 15 min. It never even arrived with the other meals for our whole table. When it finally did, her chicken was ice cold. Not a good experience overall.

   First. After reserving a table. We had to wait 30 minutes. Than we were seated by the kitchen and wait station. Very loud and  distracting. Waited 30 minutes for our food. Sever was nice apologizing for the wait. Was we got our food the server was stretched to thin to follow up on us. The table next to left after talking to the manager very loud over the service and food. We enjoy this restaurant however tonight it was a waste of time and money.

    Fettuccine Alfredo and the Caesar salad salad was outstanding. Service was tremendous.
