Nestled in the heart of the Short North, Bristol Republic is a locally owned, Nashville inspired bar and restaurant serving up competition quality BBQ smoked in-house daily, ice cold craft beer, over 150 rare Bourbon and Whiskeys from well-known and independent distilleries across the country and live music (Friday & Saturday)! We are open Thursday-Sunday. Join us Saturday & Sunday mornings from 10am-3pm for our famous Southern Brunch! Menus can be found at our website.

Came for brunch. Everything was great from the Bloody Mary’s to the Fried Chicken Deviled Eggs to the Brisket & Eggs to the Dolly’s Chicken & Biscuit to the Biscuits & Gravy to the French Toast. Very well done!!

The food was excellent but I was surprised to hear that what we had for Restaurant Week was not part of their regular menu! I thought the purpose of the week was to showcase the menu? Maybe they'll rethink it and add these items because they were great.

The food was amazing. Chef Greg is one great cook. My friends and I came in for brunch and it did not disappoint. The Bloody Mary special was fantastic! Will definitely return.

Great experience! Ended up being more people than reserved for but the staff was very accommodating, attentive, and served with a positive attitude. Food was great as well! Loved the fried chicken deviled eggs & the jumbo wings. Received an Apple dump cake for a birthday treat… soooo good!!
