   Today on December 25th, 2024, at 8:45 p.m., we booked a table in your restaurant via Open Table. There we explicitly noted that we wanted a window seat and were prepared to pay the extra cost. We arrived 15 minutes before the stated time and were immediately rudely sent away and told we should not come back until 8:45 p.m. We also specifically asked again about a window seat. They only told us that it was not guaranteed. When we then stood in line again at 8:40 p.m. and it was not our turn until 8:50 p.m., we were escorted to the table, the table was not by the window, and the food, a pizza margarita, cost $25 or $26, and an additional 18% tip on top, for what? For such service at the beginning, not sitting by the window at the same time, and having such unfriendly service? Please rethink your policy with people, and the live entertainment was so bad. We then left without ordering, because I don't support a restaurant like that, I will continue to warn my community about it and write my Google / OnTable review accordingly. I am extremely disappointed and for such service we book almost a week in advance. I also don't understand why they can't guarantee a window seat when we saw that two seats were free, and after us the people, also only two people, then got a window seat. I was really angry. Many greetings from Germany, we won't be coming again.

   It was a lovely holiday dinner, I highly suggest the place. They even had delicious vegan options.

   Was a lovely Christmas Day dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Lovely waitstaff. Great food. Easy listening music.

   The venue was beautiful as it overlooks Times Square. Food and drinks were delicious. Staff were very accommodating

   Le cadre est vraiment très bien, par contre les tarifs sont exhorbitants (à 21$ sans le service n'espérez pas avoir du poulet dans votre salade césar!!) Le burger, les pâtes sont quelconques. Mais le lieu est avec vue sur Times Square mérite le détour.

   Extremely busy Christmas Eve. We were late for our reservation but they saved our table and seated us even though there was a huge walk in waitlist. Our server was very busy but still made time for us and was happy and helpful. Overall a lovely place to have Christmas Eve dinner

    Dommage pour le plat: surf n stuff. Queue de langouste trop salé et viande trop cuite. Sinon pour tout le reste c’était excellent.
