   Even with a reservation, we waited for over half an hour, with much later reservations and large parties going before our group. They kept telling us “2 more minutes,” even though they said that many, many times. The food was cold when it came out, and they were out of selections. They were even out of straws. We paid a lot of money for cold, mediocre food. Even the drinks came out late.

   We love making reservations for the holidays. Great ambiance, good food, and always excellent service. The staff is very attentive and friendly! Our chicken dish needed to be crispy but we declined on getting another dish. The waiter brought a new one anyway. And we got to keep the other dish, which was just fine at no charge. I always tip big to give the server a smile on their face. They remember me when I come back.

   Horrible pasta but large portions - tasteless They sent around a photographer for “complimentary” photos but then charged us $20 for each. Ridiculous

   We came here with a party of 13 for my Father In Laws birthday and it was wonderful. Amazing service and good food. Thank you for a great evening.

   food was simple and delicious and our weight staff was impeccable! They even had a photographer on standby today to snap pictures if you wanted one.

   It was quite when we got to the restaurant, we still had to wait 15 minutes for our table after checking in for the restaurant. We barely saw our server. The bread and wine we ordered never come out. The food was mediocre. Lasagna dry, calamari cold and chewy. So disappointed.

    Food was delicious. Drinks were refreshing, particularly the punch bowl. Buca was able to accommodate my family of 7 people. Our servers Mark and Venessa were kind and courteous. Overall a great time.
