   Ordered garlic bread and never got it. But it was totally fine because we didn’t have room for it. Also took about 30 minutes to get our drinks, but it was Valentine’s Day so understand that it was super busy and pretty sure my server got triple sat. I will say, I ordered an extra dirty martini not having high expectations… it was DELICIOUS! Over all, good experience.

   My fiance and I were expecting a great night for Valentine's day. However, the service lacked, we sat for 20 minutes before anyone came to our table just to get us drinks. We had to move the chairs around the table because two of the chairs were ready to break. We waited another 20 minutes until we were asked what we would like to order. We ordered a pesto pasta and an appetizer. The pasta came out before the appetizer. Mind you, the appetizer was bruschetta, not difficult. We finished the whole bowl of pasta and the bruschetta came ten minutes after we were done. Speaking of the pasta, it was flavorless. Not good whatsoever, but sense we were hunger, we ate it. Then after getting a box for the bruschetta, we got a birthday dessert where the brownies were rock hard. I literally chopped at the brownie with my spoon shaking the whole table. After all that, the server took my card to pay and proceeded to walk around for 20 minutes with my card while getting others food paid for and what not. All in all, for my first time being here, I highly doubt I will come back.

   I made a reservation for my 10year olds birthday as we were coming in from out of town. We were seated in the bar area not the dining room. The entire time the doors were opening and it was 25 degrees out and the bar area was freezing cold. We ate with our coats on., and we were not the only guests wearing coats. The service was so slow, two meals came out and we had to wait over 5 minutes for plates and my daughter’s meal was forgotten. Our server didn’t even tell her happy birthday even we we mentioned it, they even had other guests names on a board and a birthday area. We were extremely disappointed and probably won’t revisit.

   Service was overly attentive, as our waitress was loud, intrusive, and spent too much time telling us about her and her family. Two of the four dishes we ordered were overcooked (the chicken breasts were hard to cut/chew on the edges, and the garlic bread was burned on the bottom). Finally, even after not charging us for the burnt garlic bread, the cost of the meal was not a good value for what we received ($40/person).

   Our server, Maxine, serviced our table of 12 flawlessly. Never had to ask or wait for anything. She was simply amazing. Food was outstanding. We really enjoyed our night out as a family.

   Dirty, frozen food, bathroom disgusting, staff not friendly… Buca, not the same ol Buca. It’s a shame, was a great restaurant chain a one time.

   Great experience overall. Food was wonderful and service was excellent. Only complaint is that no potato side dishes currently on menu.

    We booked the Pope Room for NYE. Our server was excellent and on top of keeping us full of food and drinks. We had a great time - cool space. The food was as expected - chain restaurant Italian food done to the best of the chef’s abilities. Portions were plentiful, our waitress’s recommendations on which size to order kept us from ordering way too much, and our variety of dishes were all tasty. We had plenty to eat, left stuffed, and plan to return. Don’t expect a fine dining (Michelin star) experience because that’s not what this is. Do expect a good family-style experience and you won’t be disappointed.
