Venue warm & inviting for our small party of four. Both Calamari & Gambas really tasty. Heart of Rump & Rib Eye Steaks out of this world, with Provencal Rump of Lamb close behind in taste. Desserts also very tasty. Service also good. Would have no hesitation in coming back in the future.

Bit unfortunate really… The building’s heating system failed and so the venue was very cold and uncomfortable. Near the entrance was particularly bad. We asked on site manager to move deeper into the restaurant to some of the additional free tables and was refused. Considering we were spending over £200 thought this was unacceptable. Shocking really.. No apology offered either. A lot of other customers were complaining too. Real shame as the food is fantastic, and the waiters did their best to accommodate.

Thoroughly enjoyed my Christmas works party here so thought I'd go back for my birthday. The steaks are simply brilliant and is the main reason for returning, the sauces were yummy and sitting upstairs (having sat downstairs for the works do) was preferable - its warmer and more atmospheric. The heating was on and it was lovely and warm compared to the -1C outside. Our waiter was attentive and the food is always presented well. The only thing I'd change is the ability to buy their Masi Passo Malbec by the glass!

Our overall experience started well, the waitress was very attentive when taking our initial order. However unfortunately the service went downhill and I had to ask for our plates to be take. Away, for desert menus and again for the bill. We were never asked if we wanted to order a second drink (we were there for 2 hours)

We visit Burnasado frequently, and always have the same thing, both my wife and I always choosing a rib eye steak with blue cheese sauce, and side of creamed spinach. We’ve never been disappointed. Great, friendly and professional service and very good quality food.
